Jake Hoffman is the CEO of Invasion Digital Media and President of the Tampa Bay Young Republicans. During the day Jake works remotely to create digital training courses for professional athletes. Most recently he has worked with players in the NFL and fighters in the UFC, to build out untapped revenue streams in their markets utilizing digital marketing. In his spare time he works to enhance the National and Florida State Young Republican organization and hosts a young conservatives podcast called, "Moderately Outraged" available on Facebook, Itunes, and most recently Bizpac Review.

The gun show started three days after a mass shooting 30 miles (48kms) away at the Marjory Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. Vendors said they were expecting a big turnout and sales, and because of the shooting there will be a panic regarding gun restrictions and new laws that could be put in place.
