Former President Donald Trump took to his social media site Truth Social to aggressively condemn New York Times political reporter Maggie Haberman, whom he either intentionally or unintentionally renamed Maggot Haberman, over an apparently gossipy, uncorroborated new book.
A well-known anti-Trump “journalist,” Haberman, the author of the forthcoming “Confidence Man: The Making of Donald Trump and the Breaking of America,” has a side job as a CNN political analyst, which probably also tells you all you need to know.
The book with the loaded title that Trump has labeled “pure fiction” is already getting a lot of play in the compliant mainstream media.
The ex-POTUS doesn’t seem pleased about being the target of yet another media attack, however, which perhaps is why he overlooked the typo in the author’s last name in his haste to get a point across.
“Here we go again! Another Fake book is out, this one, supposedly very boring and stale, by self appointed head case, Failing (unfunded liability!) New York Times writer, Maggie Hagerman. In it she tells many made up stories, with zero fact checking or confirmation by anyone who would know, like me. In one case she lies about me wanting to fire my daughter, Ivanka, and Jared. WRONG, pure fiction. Never even crossed my mind. Just have to fight trouble making creeps like Maggie, and all the rest!”
In his free-wheeling style, and maybe autocomplete glitched on the author’s first name, Trump wasn’t done.
“Maggot Hagerman of the Unfunded Liability plagued New York Times is my self appointed Biographer, even though she got the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax & the Mueller Report conclusion completely wrong, & refused to write about the FACT that the Democrats spied on my campaign, Lied to Congress, & Cheated and Lied to the FISA Court. Maggot was also duped on Impeachment Hoax #1 & Impeachment Hoax #2, & said in 2016 that, ‘’Trump will NOT run for President.’ She is a bad writer with very bad sources!”
Despite his disdain for this bad writer with bad sources, he has, for some reason, reportedly granted her multiple interviews, so it appears that Trump is one of her sources.
According to Haberman, Trump at one point said, “I love being with her; she’s like my psychiatrist.”
He also has been interviewed by other Times reporters even the though the far-left news outlet is completely hostile to him and the America First agenda.
Most conventional politicians avoid facing difficult questioning; to Trump’s credit, he is not one of them.
In June 2021, Fox News host Sean Hannity described Haberman as a “Donald Trump stalker” for her biased, obsessive coverage of the man.

In an article published on Monday by Politico, Haberman predicted that Trump will seek the presidency in 2024, in part, because he merely wants to stay relevant.
Haberman apparently has not been following any of his high-energy rallies on behalf of midterm candidates because she also claimed that “he seems less engaged generally.”
In a form of wish-casting, she added that “I expect that he will run. That doesn’t mean that, even if he declares a candidacy, that he will stay in the whole time.”
