Monica Lewinsky likens speeding ticket to ‘assault rifle’ and soon regrets opening her mouth

Speed-limit-violating Monica Lewinsky, Bill Clinton’s presidential paramour, is apparently one of many blue-checkers who felt it necessary to virtue-signal about gun control after the horrific mass shooting at the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.

While the messaging to her one million-plus followers received thousands of likes from the wokerati, the otherwise direct response to it was perhaps an accelerated result that Lewinsky may not have expected.

One social media user even offered to “dumb down” the Second Amendment for Lewinsky. Others insisted that she put society in danger by the way she operated her vehicle.

Based on her Twitter feed, and despite being caught up in Clinton’s impeachment scandal as a result of the dalliance with the married politician, the former White House intern and current self-described anti-bullying activist still appears to be a standard liberal Democrat, which includes listing her pronouns on the platform.

On Saturday, as alluded to above, Lewinsky opined that “I get a $450 ticket because a f—g speed camera caught me… and speeding could endanger others. BUT ASSAULT RIFLES ARE LEGAL. wtf, America. wtf” (*warning for language):

The language-parsing Clinton famously claimed that “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky” in a January 1998 news conference, a statement that turned out to be, as history as demonstrated, less than accurate.

After a wide-ranging investigation by Independent Counsel Ken Starr into various improprieties, the 42nd president was impeached by the U.S. House for lying under oath and obstruction of justice in connection with Paula Jones’ sexual harassment lawsuit. After a trial, the U.S. Senate acquitted him on both counts, however.

  6. There’s at least a generation of Americans who don’t know who Lewinsky is and couldn’t care less. I eny them.

    1. Did you know that ‘couldn’t care less’ translates to could not care less which actually means the person COULD care? See when you say you could care less, that means you don’t care. Could NOT care less cancels out the “less” so you’re saying they COULD care. Double negative rule in effect.

  13. In Toronto a fellow of Middle Eastern heritage we believe raised as a Muslim; murdered a bunch of people using his van as the weapon. What was the criminal called in the media “VAN”. The media called it the “Van Attack” although the rented van was never charged in the murder of those 10 people and the injury of many more.

    Vans have not been outlawed and to  make matters worse the “rental” of vans has never even been brought up. 
     
    Canadians don’t want to live in a country with no vans and most Americans seemingly don’t want to live in a country with no guns to protect themselves.

    Objective thinking on the part of the woke will never happen.

    And a reminder: do not promote and try to replace those people in your company who support and vote “woke” .
    Make them pay a price for the damage they do.

  14. Great headline BPR, as you have outdone yourself!
    Although many appear to have missed it, this is not the first time Lewinsky regrets opening her mouth!
    Her contradictory premise just reinforced the argument against gun control, clearly pointing out that it is the operator and not the tool, proving only what a tool, she is, or was!
    She doesn’t understand just how lucky she is to have not committed suicide, I would suggest a very low profile, as Hillary is known for holding grudges!

    1. I am so with you! I keep reporting them, don’t know why they even have a report option if they don’t do anything to correct this!

      1. I flagged them religiously for several weeks and then gave up cuz I could see it was a waste of my time. It’s as though the spammers are paying BPR to let them spam here without interference. If not, then they’re getting a schitt ton of free advertising from BPR.

        If you have a web site and sell stuff on it, I encourage you to come here and advertise it for free. Maybe if enough people will do that, then BPR will finally take steps to put a stop to all this nonsense.

    2. I check the comments and in most there is more spam than legitimate comments.
      I flag the comments giving a down vote is meaningless. Of course that assumes a down vote will have some meaning to someone monitoring this site. But at least that stupid Tommys Garage has stopped popping up when I try to type a comment.
