President Duterte GOES OFF on Chelsea Clinton! How did you feel ‘when your father was f***ing Monica Lewinsky?’

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte hit Chelsea Clinton below the belt after she ridiculed his “sarcasm” about his soldiers raping women.

Clinton responded with condemnation after Duterte commented that he would take responsibility for his soldiers raping as many as three women daily after he declared martial law, the Daily Mail reported.

Philippine troops are currently engaged in battle with Islamic State forces in the city of Marawi, which prompted the president to declare martial law.

“For this martial law and the consequences of martial law and the ramifications of martial law, I and I alone would be responsible,” Duterte said after he declared martial law.

“Just do your work. I will handle the rest. I will be imprisoned for you. If you rape three (women), I will say that I did it,” he said.

“Not funny. Ever,” the former first daughter responded on social media.

The controversial Philippine leader, who has overseen the murders of drug dealers and users numbering in the thousands, called Clinton a “whore” and mentioned her father’s affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.

“These whores, they hear ‘rape.’ Like, like Chelsea, she slammed me. I was not joking, I was being sarcastic. Listen to the speech. I do not laugh at my own jokes,” he said, according to the Mail.

“I will tell her, when your father, the president of the United States, was f***ing Lewinsky and the girls in the White House, how did you feel? Did you slam your father?”

Duterte defended himself as he spoke to naval officers on Wednesday where he took aim at Clinton and at American forces in the Pacific.

“It is a crime actually committed by soldiers, mostly Americans in Okinawa,” he said, a reference to rape cases brought against American forces in Japan.

“But, we never heard of a Filipino. But I am just warning them that anything they do, I have to answer for it. I take full responsibility for your foolishness. I speak sarcastically,” he said.

“You Americans, like Chelsea, be careful because you live in a glass house,” he continued.
