The skies are getting less friendly by the day.

Video has emerged of a woman being removed from an American Airlines flight on Friday after one of the flight attendants allegedly struck her with a baby stroller and nearly hit her baby.

Moments later that same attendant nearly came to blows with a male passenger on the plane who was angered by what he witnessed happen to the female passenger.

“OMG. Flight attendant violently took a stroller from a lady with a baby on my flight, hitting her and just missing the baby. Then he tried to fight a passenger who stood up for her,” passenger Surain Adyanthaya wrote as the caption to a video of the incident she posted on Facebook.

As the male flight attendant who allegedly struck the woman enters the cabin the male passenger stood from his seat and said “you do that to me and I’ll knock you flat. You almost hurt a baby.”

The male employee immediately squared off with the passenger, yelling “hit me.”

American Airlines issues a statement on the matter.

“We are deeply sorry for the pain we have caused this passenger and her family and to any other customers affected by the incident.

We are making sure all of her family’s needs are being met while she is in our care.

After electing to take another flight, we are taking special care of her and her family and upgrading them to first class for the remainder of their international trip.

The actions of our team member captured here do not appear to reflect patience or empathy, two values necessary for customer care.

In short, we are disappointed by these actions. The American team member has been removed from duty while we immediately investigate this incident.”

The incident comes on the heels of a video that showed United Airlines violently removing Dr. David Dao from one of its flights.

At this rate only mixed martial artists will be able to fly.
