Newt Gingrich tore into Megyn Kelly during an appearance on “The Kelly File” on Tuesday and Donald Trump let everyone know he approved that message.
“By the way, congratulations Newt on last night. That was amazing,” he said of the epic thrashing the former House speaker gave the decidedly anti-Trump host.

“We don’t play games Newt? We don’t play games,” the Republican presidential candidate said.
Trump’s comments came mere hours after the fight that became the talk of social media and the political world on Wednesday.

Moments before Gingrich appeared on the show Kelly hit out at Trump’s running mate, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, telling him “losers blame others.”
Her unabashed dislike for Trump caused Bill Clinton sexual assault accusers, Juanita Broaddrick and Paula Jones, to lash out at her in support of Gingrich.
Gingrich’s response has been one tweet directed at Kelly.
