Rudy Giuliani took the fight to perennial Clinton defender Chris Matthews Sunday night after the second presidential debate.

The former New York City Mayor went right for the jugular as Matthews said Trump “admitted” he sexually assaulted women on video but there was no such poof of former President Bill Clinton’s transgressions.

“How come he wasn’t prosecuted for raping Juanita Broaddrick? How come he wasn’t prosecuted for taking advantage of an intern in the White House? These actually happened,” Giuliani asked.

“Because there’s no tape of him saying I did it, whereas we’ve got a tape of Donald Trump saying he did it,” Matthews argued.

“There was semen on her dress, which proved he lied to America!” Giuliani shouted incredulously.
