As floods ravaged parts of Maryland an incredible video has surface showing a group of people forming a human chain to save the life of a woman trapped in her car.
The video came from historic town of Ellicott City where a woman unsuccessfully attempted to drive through to raging flood waters.
“Get out, get out,” someone screamed to her.
“You’re not going to make it!” one of the rescuers yelled as they implored her to exit the car.
“I can’t get out,” she yelled as she tried to climb out of the window.
“You have to,” one of the heroes shouted back before the man closest to her yanked her out and they both got pulled to safety.
The video was shared on Facebook by Sara Arditti, whose husband Dave both participated in the rescue and filmed it.
She said the couple’s frame shop business, Still Life Gallery, was destroyed by the flood.
The video has been viewed more than a million times.
