A Rock and Roll Hall of Famer schooled gender ideologues on the difference between “acceptance and normalizing” with a scathing post that decried the “sad and dangerous fad” adults are promoting to kids.
Kiss co-founder and frontman Paul Stanley is no stranger to weighing in on hot-button political issues and Sunday he stepped once more into the fray with a seemingly unprompted post tackling the transgender movement and those promoting it. Viewed more than 16 million times at the time of this post, his “Thoughts On What I’m Seeing” went viral for taking what once would have been widely accepted as a common stance position.
“There is a BIG difference between teaching acceptance and normalizing and even encouraging participation in a lifestyle that confuses young children into questioning their sexual identification as though some sort of game and then parents in some cases allow it,” Stanley began before detailing he wasn’t opposed to people making their own choice after reaching adulthood.

“There ARE individuals who as adults may decide reassignment is their needed choice but turning this into a game or parents normalizing it as some sort of natural alternative or believing that because a little boy likes to play dress up in his sister’s clothes or a girl in her brother’s, we should lead them steps further down a path that’s far from the innocence of what they are doing,” the musician railed.
“With many children who have no real sense of sexuality or sexual experiences caught up in the ‘fun’ of using pronouns and saying what they identify as,” he contended, “some adults mistakenly confuse teaching acceptance with normalizing and encouraging a situation that has been a struggle for those truly affected and have turned it into a sad and dangerous fad.”
Naturally, leftists flocked to the post to gnash their teeth including the ever-histrionic Keith Olbermann who wrote “It’s not a ‘game,’ you a**hole. What you do is a GAME. What they face — internally and now externally due to stupid panicky fascists like you, externally — is an excruciating ordeal.”
It’s not a “game,” you asshole. What you do is a GAME. What they face – internally and now externally due to stupid panicky fascists like you, externally – is an excruciating ordeal.

Paul i know you mean well but i don’t think posting a whole paragraph sort of justifying transphobia is the way to go

Another simply tried, “you are the saddest of rock n roll clowns, f*cking ratio,” prompting Gays Against Groomers contributor Sara Higdon, among those grateful to Stanley for using his platform, to fire back, “Because he says that adults can do what they want but there is no need to medicalize children?”
Higdon, who himself suffered from gender dysphoria, went on, “When we know 88% end up growing out of their Dysphoria by the age of 20. And Come on, even you don’t like the pronoun ritual. He’s right, accepting and promotion are two different things.”

Previously, Stanley had offered his takes on education and anthem protests. In 2021, he fired off his reaction to a Texas school administrator twisting a requirement to teach both sides of current events as a demand to teach alternative facts on historic events, namely the Holocaust.
“This is so F*CKED. There will ALWAYS be ‘opposing views’ but there are NEVER opposing FACTS,” he stated after Carroll Independent School District executive director Gina Paddy had tried, “…make sure that if, if you have a book on the Holocaust that you have one that has an opposing, that has other perspectives.”
He had also taken aim at former NFL player Colin Kaepernick and the protest of the national anthem by stating at the height of the protests, “A lot of times the people that are born free think that freedom is free and it’s not.”
“Freedom is only free because there are people willing to sacrifice to keep us free,” Stanley added.
The rocker’s vocal support for common sense was celebrated in spite of leftist outrage.
Brave. Stay strong because cowards will try to bully and punish you for speaking your mind.

Thank you for for speaking up, especially being a public figure and knowing you’d receive pushback.
Voicing that you don’t wish to see children making permanent, destructive, life-altering decisions shouldn’t be a brave move, but in these crazy times, it is.

Perfectly stated.
Be safe & good luck with the rest of your farewell-tour.
I’ve been a fan since I was 6 in 1976 & finally saw you on the reunion tour in 1996. It remains the best rock & roll show I’ve ever seen, or ever will see. People were still screaming on the way out.☮️

It’s good to see that some celebrities can still have reason and common sense.

It’s astounding that this even has to be said, but it does and you did – so thank you!
