White woman sues Amazon for racial discrimination over $10K ‘diversity grant’ program

A Texas woman has filed a lawsuit against online shipping colossus Amazon over a “diversity grant” program, arguing that the company is engaging in “patently unlawful racial discrimination” by excluding white people from being able to receive $10,000 that is given to “Black, Latinx, and Native American entrepreneurs” seeking to start their own businesses.

In the lawsuit which was filed in a U.S. Court in the Eastern District of Texas in July, plaintiff Crystal Bolduc is asking the court to end the discriminatory program and to award damages to everyone “who has suffered unlawful racial discrimination” on account of it.

According to Amazon’s website, “We’re proud to announce a Diversity Grant to help reduce the barriers to entry for Black, Latinx, and Native American entrepreneurs—a $1 million commitment toward funding startup costs, offering $10,000 for each qualified candidate to build their own businesses in the U.S. With the launch of this grant program, we’re investing in building a future for diverse business owners to serve their communities. If interested, please complete the diversity questions in the Financial Details section of the Application.”

The lawsuit states “This means that businesses owned by blacks, Latinos, or Native Americans receive a $10,000 stipend from Amazon to become delivery service partners, while whites and Asian-Americans who wish to become delivery service partners receive no such stipend and must foot the entire bill for their startup costs.”

Also cited as evidence of racial discrimination is Amazon’s “Black Business Accelerator” which awards a “$500 credit to assist with start-up and operational costs for newly-registered Amazon Professional sellers.”

Among the benefits available through the preferential program are “Sponsored Enhanced Digital Certifications for Black-owned business” as well as coaching and education along “FREE imaging services for up to 50 products to help showcase your products,” and “Up to $3,000 in advertising credits to increase exposure for your brand.”

“Ms. Bolduc, however, is white, and she is therefore ineligible for the $10,000 stipend that Amazon awards to black, Latino, and Native Americans to offset their startup costs,” the lawsuit states. “Ms. Bolduc is suffering injury in fact because she cannot apply to become an Amazon delivery service partner without subjecting herself to racial discrimination.”

“Ms. Bolduc seeks to represent a class of all past and future applicants to Amazon’s ‘delivery service partners’ program who have been subjected to racial discrimination,” the lawsuit reads.

Amazon is far from the only major corporation that is engaging in anti-white discrimination, Bank of America just announced a new program making it easier for aspiring homeowners in black and Hispanic communities to get approved for their loans.

In addition to zero down payment and zero closing costs for the mortgages which will be available in communities comprised of demographics that are predominantly non-white, the funds will be made available even if prospective borrowers have poor credit ratings.

“The Community Affordable Loan Solution is a Special Purpose Credit Program which uses credit guidelines based on factors such as timely rent, utility bill, phone and auto insurance payments. It requires no mortgage insurance or minimum credit score. Individual eligibility is based on income and home location. Prospective buyers must complete a homebuyer certification course provided by select Bank of America and HUD-approved housing counseling partners prior to application,” according to a BOA press release.

In the new “woke” version of America, discrimination is not only more prevalent than ever but is sanctioned by big government, big business along with media and entertainment as the ideal of a colorblind society recedes into the past.
