Tulsi Gabbard raises red flags over ‘Ministry of Truth’ docs, ‘should be a concern for all Americans’

Former Democrat congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard said that newly released whistleblower documents revealing that President Joe Biden’s Disinformation Governance Board would target those who expressed opinions that ran counter to the official regime narrative, despite denials that such practices would not be its mission, should “be a concern to all Americans.”

The explosive documents which have been made available to the public on Republican Senator Josh Hawley’s website show that Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas lied when he said that the entity would not be used domestically against Americans who were exercising their First Amendment rights on social media to speak about such matters as COVID vaccines, masks and the integrity of elections.

The documents also revealed that the “public-private partnership” would be relied upon as an end-around the Constitution to impose censorship with the government joining up with the leftist ideologues at big tech companies to fight “disinformation,” a vague but expansive term that could include anything that the Biden regime, congressional Democrats and the federal bureaucracy believe threatens their narrative.

Gabbard joined Fox News host Steve Hilton on Sunday’s edition of “The Next Revolution” where she was asked for her feedback on the whistleblower materials.

“It is not a surprise, unfortunately, but it should be a concern to all Americans,” she said. “You know, this is not just something that the Biden administration is pushing or supporting, if you remember when this first came out we heard from Republicans, leading Republicans as well, people like Karl Rove who said, hey look, this is an important mission for the Department of Homeland Security, they just chose the wrong person to lead it,” referring to loopy Russiagate conspiracy theorist Nina Jankowicz, the self-proclaimed “Mary Poppins of disinformation” who was tabbed to head up the body.

“So, what we’re really seeing here is this is the permanent Washington establishment, seeing this quote, unquote ‘ministry of truth’ disinformation board as their propaganda arm and their means to control what we see, what we say, what we think and it’s really because they reject the Constitution and they see our freedom, our freedom of speech as a threat to their power,” she said. “To me, this sounds a whole lot more like a dictatorship than a democracy which again is why we’ve got to get back to the Constitution and why we’ve got to stand up and take action to make sure something like this is not allowed to continue.”

“And the mindset that it reveals, the kind of total arrogance that this is ok, that you know it’s fine to just sort of label anyone who disagrees with this as our enemies, I mean that’s really shocking,” Hilton interjected.

“The arrogance just is oozing out of them and the fact that they don’t seem to be aware of it is just as disturbing,” Gabbard said.

“But even when you look at how they’re seeking to kind of work around the Constitution that exists to protect our rights and freedoms,” she continued, “they’re doing this by partnering with these big tech social media companies and basically saying ‘hey, you’re going to do our dirty work’, you’re going to go and work on the censorship and kind of making sure people aren’t saying things that we don’t want them to say because they know that if they just did it outright, if our government did this outright, the things that they were talking about in these documents, you released, there would be an outcry, there would be protests in the streets and so the fact that they’re essentially working hand-in-glove with big tech, shows just how much disregard hey have for the Constitution and you said, they have no desire, no interest to work for the people, our Constitution or the country.”

  1. Ok, so now they have a ministry dedicated to destroying the truth to feed us disinformation. Kinda Orwellian on the fast track escalator that goes one direction. Down. We already have newspeak thanks to Biden. We also have the Ministy of History thanks to him and Obama. If you dont like whats being said then erase it and redo it. But history is history. Its fact. Its not something you just make up as you go along. Thats newspeak for lie and that is the moral foundation of the Biden Admin. Or should I say the lack of moral foundation to be more precise. So they put a liar in charge of it.

  2. Tulsi Gabbard is very likeable. I see her as being of the old school democrat party.
