American apathy for the primetime premiere of the Democratic Party’s January 6 select committee has leftists foaming at the mouth and blaming the ratings dud on Fox News; one of them melted down during a panel discussion on the conservative news network that went off the rails.
During what was to be a civil Sunday afternoon discussion on the “principles of guns, school safety and mental health” on “Fox News Live” anchor Mike Emanuel welcomed his guests, Louisiana conservative talk radio host Jeff Crouere and Mike Crute, a progressive radio host who is based in Wisconsin, but things quickly went downhill.
“It’s certainly a step in the right direction, you’d like to see more get done,” Crute said of the bipartisan Senate gun control agreement, “but the fact that this is bipartisan proposal as the president’s now describing it, I think it’s got to be encouraging, you know we want to see, steps in the right direction and red flag laws is certainly a step in the right direction.”
After going to Crouere who expressed his concern that Second Amendment rights could be taken away and that he preferred to focus on school safety, Crute strongly disagreed.Then Emanuel shifted to the next topic, whether President Joe Biden should run in 2024 after a bombshell New York Times report that some Democrats view him as “an anchor that should be cut loose” as he continues to drag the party down.
Crute then lost it, “Joe Biden should be out there fighting for dem-o-cracy, every single day.”
“We should be talking about the January 6th hearings that go again live, that this network failed to cover,” he ranted. “Because I tell you what, the real fight is for dem-o-cracy, the real fight is for the soul, and the real bullsh**t is that your network won’t cover it!”
“Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa!” Emanuel shot back. “We covered it plenty. We just aired it on the Fox Business Network, we sent it out to all our Fox stations…”
“Fox Business Network my butt,” Crute raved.
Emanuel replied, “Dude, you’re gonna come on here… let me set the record straight. “I want to be neutral here but when you attack our network, I’ve got a problem with that.”
“Did you run any ads during Tucker Carlson’s show?” Crute replied, lashing out at the network’s primetime ratings king whose counterprogramming of the J6 farce has leftists spitting nails.
“Mike, Mike, hold on, that’s the kind of filth we get from the other side, using profane language,” Crouere interjected as Crute rudely talked over him as he attempted to get the conversation back on track.
Having had enough, Emanuel said, “Fellows, we gotta run,” he said. “Jeff, Mike, slug it out after the break” as he brought an end to the segment.
The Democrats’ great idea that nationally televised J6 hearings would be the cure for their midterm election woes has collided with reality as was made brutally evident by the dismal 20 million viewers who tuned in to their gross insult of the intelligence of the American people.
It may be lost on the professional political class who are sequestered inside of their coastal cultural elitist bubbles, but real people who are being battered by record gas prices, the worst inflation in over 40 years, and product shortages that include such essentials as baby formula have little use for political theater.

Jan 6th is a desperate diversion from the reality in this country. Take energy. From the president’s own mouth (teleprompter) he and his support group (press and energy secretaries), have told us that this is a painful transition to a carbon free future and that there’s no sense in revving up the energy industry in the USA only to pull the plug again just for short term political gain. These savants know that the way we produce energy is much cleaner than the rest of the world but the begging, the bribing of our enemies, all just another transition cost that they are willing to bear on our behalf. (Sarcasm).
The non-emergency use of our strategic oil reserve is simply a political 3-card Monte to buy a little time, to be seen as doing something in advance of the November elections. Hopefully, that oil will be replaced for a true national emergency but as usual Biden and his ilk are only too willing to spend our national wealth for their own gain. Doesn’t matter if that spending leaves us poorer in the long term. As with devaluing the dollar, it just doesn’t matter.
There is no such thing as a Carbon Free Future any where in the world. Crude is at the base of almost everything made and maintained so good luck with that and the Charging lines and oh those rolling black outs won’t be rolling they will be standing still and people won’t have any electricity

How many of the 20 million watchers tuned out after the first 10 or 20 minutes? Was it when viewers realized that no one was going to answer any of the real questions about January 6th? Like: How many FBI men were in the crowd as agents provocateurs? Or, why didn’t Nancy accept extra security for the Capitol when offered? Or, or…
Explain to me why, if all the other news stations are airing the Jan 6th Circus, including the Fox News station, why does Fox Entertainment have to also air it, especially since they hate Fox so much… Why are all these people in such a tizzy?

Crute is like many democrats -HYPOCRITES as they NEVER respond and like to ignore their own lapdog media who NEVER reported the democrat psychopath who wanted to kill Kavanaugh a Supreme Court Justice, (actually showing up at his home) or Hunter Biden’s laptop that implicated his father Joe Biden in many of Hunter’s China money operating schemes. The REASON it wasn’t reported was due to Biden NOT being elected if this had been revealed.
Here’s hoping The Left keeps this up all the way to November. So many of us have completely stopped watching all news, local and National since Biden was inaugurated. Jan. 6 is a Leftist ploy and most of America is smart enough and wise enough to figure it out without a news network telling us what to believe.
