With the Supreme Court’s ruling that will determine the fate of Roe v. Wade expected to come down soon, the political left could be on the verge of the mother of all meltdowns if the landmark abortion ruling is overturned as some expect with Senate Democrats demanding unprecedented action from President Joe Biden.
Democrats and their activist shock troops have been in a state of rage since the leaking of a draft opinion penned by conservative Justice Samuel Alito suggesting that Roe could itself be aborted, boiling with a fury so intense that one leftist traveled across the country with the intent to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh, a sign of how close that the emotionally fragile leftists may be to a mass detonation that could bring riots and violence to the nation in a sequel to the summer of 2020.
Last week, a collection of the most far-left Democrats in the Senate led by failed presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren sent a letter to Biden calling for him to take “bold action” in order to subvert a SCOTUS ruling that would reverse Roe v. Wade, including the unbelievable demand that he issue one of his dictatorial executive orders to use taxpayer money for transporting women out of state to receive abortions as well as the use of federal facilities for the purpose of denying the unborn the right to life.
“Americans across the nation and at every level of government must stand up against this unprecedented assault on women and their right to make decisions about their own bodies and lives. But as President of the United States, you have the unique power to marshal the resources of the entire federal government to respond,” read the letter signed by Warren, Sen. Patty Murray of Washington State and 20 other progressive Senate Dems.

The Senate Dems call for a a full government approach to circumventing the SCOTUS ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization including the Justice Department and the Pentagon.
“Using federal property and resources to increase access to abortion. The Department of Justice and all relevant agencies could analyze the types of reproductive health services that could be provided on federal property, especially in states where such services are limited by state law or regulation. The Department of Defense could assess the feasibility of moving military personnel and their families and any authority to ensure that members and their families can access reproductive health care when they need it.” the Democrats wrote.

“The Office of Personnel Management could explore requirements that all federal employees are provided paid time off and reimbursement for expenses necessary to access abortion. And all federal agencies—including those who retain custody or control over individuals or provide healthcare to them—could conduct a review of their regulations and policies that limit abortion care and other reproductive health services and promulgate new regulations that expand access to those services,” the letter reads.
Warren’s spearheading of an Executive Branch thwarting of the Supremes Court, a co-equal branch of government is just more evidence of her contempt for the institution which she also displayed in an angry rant to activists after Politico published a copy of the leaked draft opinion.

A far-left activist group has announced that it will be taking direct action against the nation’s highest court on Monday June 13 when it will mobilize to block traffic with the objective being to paralyze the court by preventing justices and their staffers from being able to get to their chambers on a day when opinions could be handed down, possibly a ruling that may strike down the landmark abortion law, according to ShutDownDC, which plans to stage what critics are calling an insurrection against the Supreme Court.

“As extremist judges and Republican politicians intensify their efforts to strip Americans of their basic reproductive freedoms, you can demonstrate to the country and women everywhere that you will do everything in your power to fight back,” Warren and the Senate Democrats wrote in their letter to Biden.

Every time somebody screams about how abortion is a right, I hear: “We have the right to strip other people of their rights!” Same as when I hear somebody go on and on about how a baker, florist, or photographer’s faith doesn’t let him refuse to celebrate a perverse mockery of marriage. Or when they imply doctors have to do certain things that they know will cause irreversible harm to people who don’t understand the consequences. But it’s supremely ironic in the case of abortion. In aborting a female fetus, you take away her “right” to abort somebody else in the future. “Rights” that undercut themselves like that puzzle me greatly.
And the idea of transporting people who “need” abortions to states where they can get them almost makes me laugh. If Biden’s absurd energy policies continue unchecked, they won’t be able to do that. The only thing keeping me from enjoying how ridiculous it is, is how grave this matter happens to be.
As the low view of babies and children has spread, I see an all-around lessening of the sacredness of life. Add to it the deliberate encouragement of crime by Democrats by not punishing it, like Democratic mayors looking away when rioters destroyed many cities in the summer of 2000, we are watching first-hand the Marxian plan on how to take over a nation founded on the Rule of Law, and turning it into one run by force, chaos and destruction. All these things—food shortages, inflation, rise in prices— are being employed to “groom” people to want some powerful people to take over—and guess who’s waiting in Washington to step up?
I’ve heard people summarize this plan before. While I admit it has a lot going for it, people only ever give something incomplete. Namely, I seldom find anyone terribly interested in talking about the elements that made this plan possible. Such as the weaknesses in how the Founding Fathers understood the natural law theory they claimed to base this Republic on. Or decisions our culture has already normalized, and which have done a great deal to undermine the moral and religious sense that made this nation so strong when Europe was crumbling in despair. Nor do I run into many who want to talk about why there’s hope at the end of the tunnel. And we need both of those elements, since the powerful will lose whatever power they gained through foul play in the end, and the survivors will have a chance to build something better.
Why don’t these women just use birth control? there is a plethora of birth control options. The pill,abstinence, calendar,sponge,iud etc…
Well, even the Guttmacher Institute, which works for Planned Parenthood, once admitted that half of those who have abortions conceived while using contraceptives. Many of the rest, I imagine, decided they’d have less fun if they used those things. I don’t have any experience at all with those things, but I’ve heard stuff like that quite a few times. Chemicals that simulate pregnancy, a few pills work that way, I’m sure they can’t be terribly enjoyable, for example.
The myth of safe sex is doing very grave harm.
