Battle of the billionaires deepens with Musk response to claim Bill Gates gave groups targeting him millions

Elon Musk offered a one-word response to allegations that Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates is allegedly funding what might be a gaslighting campaign to oppose the Tesla and SpaceX CEO’s purchase of Twitter.

“Sigh,” the visionary and quirky tech entrepreneur wrote on Twitter, where he often makes cryptic statements, in response to user JPR007 who tweeted a Breitbart article titled: “Bill Gates Poured Millions into Dark Money Fund Attacking Elon Musk.”

Musk is estimated to be the world’s richest individual, while Gates is fourth on the list. The duo is said to be worth about $200 billion and $125 billion, respectively.

Despite everything on his plate, Musk — who is in the process of acquiring Twitter in the name of free speech — pays close attention to his mentions and other related information on the platform.

Musk was reacting to a scoop published in Breitbart News which alleged the following:

Research exclusively shared with Breitbart News identifies hundreds of millions of dollars flowing from Bill Gates’ foundation to 11 of the 26 organizations that signed an open letter last month urging Twitter advertisers to boycott the company if Elon Musk restores free speech on the platform.

Breitbart News’ report, based on research and analysis from the newly-formed Foundation for Freedom Online (FFO), analyzed public filings to trace hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions from the letter signatories back to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation…The open letter’s connection to the billionaire Microsoft founder is significant, as Gates is in the middle of a public feud with free speech advocate Musk…Gates is also an outspoken censorship proponent, frequently calling on tech companies to do more to stop “health misinformation” spreading online. Musk threatens to reverse Gates’ strongly desired censorship policies — and now faces the wrath of Gates-funded NGOs….

“Gates said last month that while Musk has a good record as a businessman, he could make misinformation on Twitter worse if he completes his takeover as planned,” the Daily Mail reported.

Earlier this month, the Washington Free Beacon reported that a group known as Accountable Tech, “which calls itself a ‘small nonprofit taking on Big Tech companies,’ organized a corporate boycott to protest Elon Musk’s bid to buy Twitter…None of these groups actually exist. They are all registered trade names for the North Fund, a shape-shifting nonprofit group that uses aliases to push an array of left-wing causes from a shell office in Washington, D.C., according to corporate records.”

At the time that article was published, Musk said “I wonder who funds them.”

In a roundabout process, the Gates Foundation purportedly may be funding a nonprofit that, in turn, allegedly gives millions to the North Fund, Breitbart suggested.

The Gates Foundation charity reportedly invested as much as $1.75 billion “into combating COVID-19 through vaccine development and distribution,” ABC News reported in December 2020.

“So much for ending AIDS, world hunger, and disease — by the numbers, the Gates Foundation’s top priority seems to be electing Democrats,” Breitbart claimed.

Vaccine hawk Gates has positioned himself as some sort of health expert, even though he would hardly ever be mistaken for a fitness model, as influential podcaster Joe Rogan has implied

Around the time that Musk launched the Twitter takeover bid, federal regulators started probing his business practices. And when he announced he planned to vote for the GOP for the first time, Musk was hit with a #MeToo allegation.

“Political attacks on me will escalate dramatically in coming months,” Musk tweeted on May 18.

Late last month, Musk mocked his fellow billionaire with a side-by-side comparison of Gates with the recently added Apple “pregnant man” emoji and was captioned “in case u need to lose a b-ner fast.”

In a text-message exchange, Musk reportedly accused Gates of shorting stock in Tesla, a company said to be the world’s largest electric car manufacturer

In a recent interview with the Wall Street Journal, Gates said, “‘It’s possible that the stock went down and whoever shorted the stock made money. I don’t know.”

“I don’t think whether one’s short or long Tesla is a statement about your seriousness about climate change,” a somewhat equivocating Gates added. “I’m putting billions of dollars into climate-change innovation. I applaud Tesla’s role in helping with climate change. I have nothing but positive things to say about Elon, if he makes Twitter worse, fine, I’ll speak out about that, but I wouldn’t assume that’s what’s gonna happen.”

  1. I get paid over $87 per hour working from home with 2 kids at home. I never thought I’d be able to do it but my best friend earns over 10k a month doing this and she convinced me to try. The potential with this is endless.

    Heres what I’ve been doing►,,,,,💕,,,,,►   http://www.LiveJob247.com

  2. Whom do you trust more- Musk or Gates?
    Let’s see:
Gates is for censorship; Musk for open debate.
Gates is close to the globalist World Economic Forum, the globalist Club of Rome and the globalist World Health Organization which is trying to take control of all nations’ healthcare; Musk has stated his opposition to the globalist New World Order.
Gates was an acquaintance of pedophile pimp Jeffry Epstein; Musk was not.
Gates is basically a Democrat; Musk is basically a Libertarian.

  3. Hey BPR News…instead of forcing “us” to hit the spam button for EVERY SINGLE time we see self-serving responses here that are spam….why not change your algorithm to delete or flag it as spam as soon as you wee the words , …. “I make ___$”….. you KNOW it’ll be spam. Get the algorithms to do it for you automatically…..the same way CNN, Google and others censor conservatives when they sense their own trigger words.

  4. Imagine how rich one can get making a program that needs constant updating and then constant ANTI-virus protection updating to update the ANTI-virus necessary to offset the VIRUSES that infest said software!! It’s almost as if there’s a connection!

  5. Bill Gates is an evil bastard doing nefarious crap. Once you get him away from operating systems he’s a complete moron. He also believes in the one world order and uses his money to promote Democrat. Oh and did I mention he was/is a buddy of Jeffrey Epstein imagine that.
