There is much weeping and gnashing of the teeth from leftists whose transgender agenda has run into a roadblock courtesy of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis who defied the demands of the corporate social engineers at Disney by signing into law a parental rights bill that prohibits the sexualizing of young children in classrooms.
Stung by the rejection, the “woke” revolutionaries are lashing out and spewing their usual falsehoods with MSNBC’s Chris Hayes claiming that conservatives are waging a war against gay people, an outlandish claim that couldn’t be further from the truth, especially when it comes to the so-called “don’t say gay” bill in Florida.
On Thursday’s edition of “All In With Chris Hayes,” the prissy host put his spin on the blowback against Disney after the entertainment giant vowed to overturn HB-1557, the “Parental Rights in Education” law which was signed by DeSantis on Monday, stating that competitor Fox News has mentioned Disney over 250 times in two days.
“The right has declared war on Disney just since yesterday morning, Fox News mentioned the company more than 252 times,” Hayes said. “Their crusade is based on that new law signed by Republican Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida prohibiting instruction about sexual orientation and gender identity in early elementary school classrooms.”
“Under the guise of protecting children from being sexualized, the law essentially bans the discussion of gayness,” he said, “obviously an enormously stigmatizing situation for the thousands and thousands of Florida children with LGBTQ family members.”
“Opponents of the legislation have dubbed it, the don’t say gay bill, they have pushed for Disney, a huge presence in Florida to weigh in,” he continued. “On Monday, as Governor DeSantis signed the bill, Disney released this strongly worded statement,” as he quoted the China-friendly corporation’s anti-democracy statement on HB-1557.
“Now that really sent everyone on the right side into the stratosphere,” Hayes said. “The most unhinged faction of the right, as you heard on Fox News, is now vilifying Disney as some sort of like creepy, Q-Anon adjacent, nefarious group of sexual deviants,” because to the left, any who resist their extremist agenda must be adherents to the loopy, discredited conspiracy theory.
“But all that obscures what I think is really going on here. We are seeing, and it’s really, really gathered steam in the last month or so, a seismic change in our politics, the conservative movement restarting its war against gay people,” he said.
As “proof” of his audacious claim, Hayes showed footage of Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene at a recent rally where she blasted inept Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg who is openly gay, but not before paying tribute to President Biden’s recognition of something called the International Transgender Day of Visibility.

Despite Hayes’ alleging that there is a conservative war on gays and other very special people, it would seem to be the exact opposite with the pushers of transgenderism and sexualizing young kids at Disney openly stating that they intend to completely saturate their products in “woke” indoctrination with one top exec expressing her desire to see half of all Disney characters made to represent the LGBTQIA demographic and other supposedly oppressed minorities.

DeSantis pushed back at Disney’s devotion to overturning the democratic process in Florida.
“For Disney to come out and put a statement and say that bill should have never passed and that they are going to actively work to repeal it, I think one, was fundamentally dishonest, but two, I think that crossed the line,” he said.
Ron DeSantis fires back at Disney for opposing the parents rights bill:
"Corporate executives do not run this state… If we would’ve put in the bill that you are not allowed to discuss the oppression of the Uyghurs in China, Disney would’ve endorsed that in a second.” pic.twitter.com/VQ3rXY486K

“This state is governed by the interests of the people of the state of Florida, it is not based on the demands of California corporate executives, they do not run this state, they do not control this state,” he pointed out as he tore into Disney for its flaming hypocrisy.
Democrats, their corporate and media allies and their legions of activist shock troops may have chosen transgenderism as the hill to die on but considering the growing backlash led by angry parents, it could be a monumental strategic blunder leading to an electoral backlash in November that sparks a long-overdue course correction across the nation.
The progressive left absolutely despises DeSantis who stood up against their COVID tyranny and has moved on to taking on the groomers who have been preying on young children in classrooms.
