‘He believes you are fools, rubes and worse’! Pompeo rips Biden over ‘zero price tag’ claim

Former CIA Director Mike Pompeo ripped President Joe Biden and his statement suggesting the average person will face a ‘zero pricetag’ in connection to Biden’s original $5 trillion federal spending proposal. However, that amount moved closer to $6 trillion, but only recently passed the Senate at $3.5 trillion.

A report from May suggested the true number is closer to $6 trillion, but as of now, the Senate has put forth a bill of $3.5 trillion. It was noted as a win for Biden, despite the criticism and mounting disapproval he faces.

Pompeo posted this video of Joe Biden talking about the cost of the multi-trillion proposal. Biden says “zero” several times, suggesting that the government will pay for everything it spends.

Pompeo included his opinion of the video, saying “@POTUS looked you in the eye. He said spending $5.5T will cost you nothing. He believes you are fools, rubes and worse. We are not. This will cost more than our children’s money. It will cost us our families and our way of life. They must be stopped.

Pompeo has lashed out at Joe Biden several times this year, pointing out what he sees as weakness in the White House. In a stinging op-ed for Fox News, Pompeo demonstrated his disdain for Biden’s lack of leadership and knocked the president for pushing allies away while getting comfortable with enemies of America, and suggested that Biden was “living in a different world.”

Pompeo emphasized an America first agenda pushed in progress by former President Donald Trump and celebrated his way of dealing with fellow world leaders – both allies and enemies, as noted:

A strong, America first policy that ended years of dumping billions of U.S. dollars in an attempt to buy peace and cooperation saw successful results around the globe during the Trump administration in dealing with adversaries and establishing better relations with our allies in having them step up as partners sharing in those alliances.

American strength is what will deter war; weakness and the potential for cash payouts for our enemies as we did with Iran, only invites attacks.

Pompeo also railed against Biden for the failed Kabul drone strike that wiped out numerous civilians, including children, and Biden’s failure to stand up to China if and when needed.

Just last month, Pompeo addressed Biden’s chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan by calling it a “debacle of significant proportions.”

He previously told Sean Hannity: “This is a debacle of significant proportions. We haven’t seen anything like this, the United States, in an awfully long time. America has the tools to fix this… Our military could certainly figure out a way to go get these folks back and to destroy some of these billions of dollars in equipment that we left behind, but it’s going to take American resolve and leadership, and President Biden has refused to show this for the entire time.”
