The latest bombshell concerning the Biden administration’s “accidental” killing of an innocent Afghan family, including seven children, has Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro convinced that this administration is the “real threat to America.”
CNN confirmed Saturday that only seconds after the U.S. military initiated the drone strike that ultimately killed the family, the CIA “issued an urgent warning” that “[c]ivilians were likely in the area, including possibly children inside the vehicle.”
Despite this clear warning, when word emerged that civilians had indeed been killed by the strike, the administration blamed their deaths on “secondary explosions” that had been triggered by the suicide bombs allegedly inside the targeted Toyota.
The administration further maintained that the drone strike was a “righteous” “success” that had prevented another terrorist bombing at the airport in Kabul.
Not until last Friday did the administration finally admit that there had been no suicide bombs and that it’d in fact “accidentally” killed the family. And not until CNN’s report emerged Saturday was it learned that the administration had likely known all along that the “secondary explosions” theory was bogus.
Speaking on Fox News’ “Justice w/Judge Jeanine” late Saturday, Pirro said all this is patently unacceptable and “heads must roll.”
“Tonight, the United States of America stands guilty of killing ten civilians, including an Afghan working for a U.S. aid group carrying water who wanted to become an American citizen, along with seven innocent children,” she said.
“As if this fact is not tragic enough, the Biden administration lied to us and the world, claiming that by killing these so-called ISIS terrorists with their drone, they were preventing future attacks. That was a lie.”
The argument could indeed be made that the “accidental” killing of 10 innocent Afghans will only breed resentment and thus exacerbate terrorism.
“The ramifications of their actions and the following cover-up that they all perpetuated in lockstep will forever leave a stain on America. Joe Biden, the liar in chief, his generals — Milley, McKenzie, Austin — and his clueless secretary of state, Antony Blinken, are the real threat to America,” Pirro continued.
“They have repeatedly shown both us and the world that they are incompetent, incoherent, ignorant and capable of lying as easily as they are talking about the weather.”
She added that the latest bombshell concerning the administration’s glaring incompetence and lies fits with so many other examples:
- The administration “ignoring the incremental takeover of Afghanistan by the Taliban”
- The administration “leaving the Bagram Air Base at night without even telling our allies”
- The administration “leaving 10 percent of Americans behind when they said no Americans would be left behind”
- The administration “leaving our enemies with over 60 million dollars of sophisticated operational equipment“
- The administration “putting the security of Americans in Taliban hands, causing 13 service men and women to die”
- The administration “blocking veterans trying to help the Americans we left behind”
- And the administration “cover[ing] up the real news that they didn’t kill ISIS — they killed innocent civilians and then lied about it.”
Making matters worse, U.S. Central Command chief Gen. Kenneth F. McKenzie, the man tasked with making Friday’s admission, tried excusing the administration’s mistake by claiming there hadn’t been enough time “to further develop the target.”
This incensed Pirro.
“How dare you lie to us and give us your nonsense … and your excuse for killing 10 civilians. Who did you get your intelligence from — your new friends, the Taliban? The same animals who missed or let in a suicide bomber that killed 13 of our service men and women!?” she angrily said.
She also wondered where the time constraints had emanated from. President Joe Biden perhaps?
“I hear that the president rushed you. You’re supposed to be the best in the military in the world. You so fear an incoherent commander in chief that you kill civilians and come out and lie repeatedly and cover it up and say you killed terrorists and then doubled down to beat your chests?” she continued in exasperation.
“You lying fools! So after the killing of our 13 service members lined up like sitting ducks in an open area because you decided to give up Bagram, you had to do something to look good. So you cover up, lie, double down on your so-called ‘success,’ and for anyone who’s interested, THIS is how terrorists are created!”
This is true.
“Response to drone strikes comes in many varieties. First, revenge is targeted at those within the easy range of the insurgents and militants. The victims of those revenge terrorist attacks also consider the drone strikes responsible for all the mayhem,” The Atlantic noted in 2013 amid then-President Barack Hussein Obama’s controversial drove-strike expansion.
“Consequently, terrorists and ordinary people are drawn closer to each other out of sympathy, whereas a critical function of any successful counter-terrorism policy is to win over public confidence so that they join in the campaign against the perpetrators of terror.”
Nobody was ever held accountable for all the innocent deaths that resulted from Obama’s drone strikes. Pirro expects the same for Biden’s strike.
“These woke fools will not require any heads to roll. No one will be fired. No one will be demoted in a government where the only thing that matters is identity politics. Consequences for incompetence? Unheard of!” she said.
In a fair and just world, she concluded, everyone involved in the drone strike catastrophe would “be fired or resign.”
“You are all an embarrassment to America. Heads must roll!” she said.
