On Friday, an overweight, unkempt left-wing extremist named Dan Bailey harassed Fox News host Tucker Carlson in front of his daughter at a fly shop in Livingston, Montana.
Someone, presumably the extremist’s wife, recorded the confrontation, and he himself then later proudly shared the video to his Instagram account. It quickly went viral afterward, spurring celebration from the “woke” left and disgust and mockery from the rational right.
“It’s not everyday you get to tell someone they are the worst person in the world and really mean it! What an *sshole! This man has killed more people with vaccine misinformation, he has supported extreme racism, he is a fascist and does more to rip this country apart than anyone that calls themselves an American,” Bailey wrote as a caption to his video.
He then added a bunch of hashtags (*Language warning): “#fucktuckercarlson #stayoutofmontana #democracywillprevail #trumplost @podsaveamerica @hacksontap @maddowshow @ mollyjongfast @lpontheleft @kascellen.”

In the clip, Bailey starts ranting at Carlson about how he’s “the worst human being known to man.”
The Fox News host politely tries explaining that he’s with his daughter, but Bailey — a “tolerant,” “loving” left-wing extremist — says, “I don’t care.”
“What you have done to this state, to the United States, to everyone else in this world. What you have done to families, what you have done to everybody else in this world. I don’t care that your daughter is here. What you’ve done to people’s families …,” he continues ranting.
At this point, Carlson calmly tells Bailey, “Settle down, son.”
This triggers the left-wing extremist into whining, “Don’t call me son!”
The video cuts off there, just in time for Bailey to save face after being humiliated.
Ironically, the video wound up getting picked up by some of the actual “worst” human beings, including those at the pedophile-friendly Lincoln Project:

And also those at Occupy Democrats, a radically left-wing site that’s so disreputable that even Wikipedia, which its own co-founder has admitted has a left-wing bias, admits that the group “publishes false information, hyperpartisan content, and clickbait”:
A fly fishing guide just confronted @TuckerCarlson to his face, telling him, “You are the worst human being known to mankind. I want you to know that!” Let’s make this go VIRAL! pic.twitter.com/T98wD8Kp9I

Hundreds — if not thousands — of other blue check mark leftists also eagerly shared the video to their Twitter feed as if it was some sort of victory.
However, their celebration was cut short by a larger and stronger army of non-leftists who rushed to point out that they’d played themselves.
For one, it was clear which one of the two men was the mature one.
For another, it was also clear which one of the two men was the fit one.
And lastly, it was clear which one of the two men was the “baddie.”

A drunk fat guy is your hero?
— Austin Ruse (@austinruse) July 25, 2021
He’s obviously drunk and Tucker is laughing at him. It’s really not the take down you think it is.

Hilarious that you think this makes Tucker look bad and the drunk guy look good

Fox News responded to the incident in a statement calling out the man’s “inexcusable” behavior.
“Ambushing Tucker Carlson while he is in a store with his family is totally inexcusable — no public figure should be accosted regardless of their political persuasion or beliefs simply due to the intolerance of another point of view,” a Fox News spokesperson said.
Conservative radio host Jesse Kelly is hoping to learn more about this “man,” who’s apparently a fly fishing guide, and his business, so if you know anything, reach out to him at his Twitter:
Anyone have the information on this guy and his fly fishing guide business?
Email [email protected] if you have it. Will be giving out the info on my show Monday night.

Also, feel free to reach out to the shop where this happened. In a statement posted to Facebook, the shop, Dan Bailey’s Outdoor Co., made it clear that it has no relation to the Dan Bailey who harassed Carlson and that it’s not in the business of mistreating people.
“On July 23rd, a well-known television personality, Tucker Carlson, was affronted while shopping at Dan Bailey’s Outdoor Company. Coincidentally, the person engaging Mr. Carlson was a local resident named Dan Bailey. This person has no affiliation with our business, other than he shares the same name as our founder, who passed away in 1982,” the shop wrote.
“To be clear, we treat every customer equally and respectfully. Our staff was professional and cordial to Mr. Carlson, as we are with all of our customers.”
On July 23rd, a well-known television personality, Tucker Carlson, was affronted while shopping at Dan Bailey’s Outdoor…
The shop is being praised for its professionalism and decency, two traits that are common to the state of Montana but clearly not common to whatever it is that Bailey — the “fat guy” — happens to be.
