As Hurricane Irma struck Florida on Sunday looters began to do what they do in natural disasters.
They started stealing.
Video from Breaking911 showed looters raiding stores in Fort Lauderdale stealing what appeared to be clothes and shoes.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey a reporter was ridiculed for reporting looters stealing from a grocery store, as people said they were stealing food for survival.
What is the excuse for stealing clothing?
Excuse makers had their backs.
