Security footage has rescued a young man who was accused of rape after it showed the woman was the aggressor.
The video showed the 19-year-old female University of Southern California student kissing Arman Premjee, 20, and leading him out of Banditos Taco & Tequila in Los Angeles and to her dorm room.

In the video, she is seen making sexual gestures behind Premjee’s back as they left the restaurant.
The woman, who unlike Premjee, gets to have her identity hidden, accused the 20-year-old of sexual assault, arguing that she was too drunk to give consent.

After reviewing the surveillance video, a judge dismissed that argument.
The video showed the woman making a gesture, putting her finger into a circle she made with her other hand, behind Premjee’s back as he spoke with someone else.
Another video showed he signing the pair into her dorm.

“I’m very grateful for these tapes,” Premjee told CBS News. “She put her arms around my neck, she started kissing me.”
Premjee was charged with rape with the use of drugs and penetration by a foreign object, by prosecutors in May.

The woman argued that she didn’t remember anything from that night and was too drunk to consent to sex.
An argument the video, and Premjee, dispute.

“She was able to stand on her own two feet. She was leading the way,” he told CBS.
But Prejee faces the possibility of being expelled from school as the USC investigation is continuing.
