MSNBC host Chris Hayes had to find a way to equate the rioting, destructive left-wing group Antifa to Donald Trump supporters.
Rather than placing the blame where it belongs, on the group rioting, Hayes chose to draw a false equivalence by calling Trump supporters “Nazis.”
Street clashes between antifa and nazis as a regular feature of American political life does not seem like a good development.

Not surprisingly Hayes was promptly roasted on social media for his idiotic comparison.
@chrislhayes It’s Antifa (your viewers) vs normal every day Americans, not Nazis you piece of ?

@chrislhayes Dude, the AntiFa ARE the Nazis. Get a clue.
— Jodi McPhee Giddings (@JodiGiddings) April 27, 2017
@chrislhayes I hope you know that the people you label as “Nazi” were normal people defending free speech. It was Antifa who were acting like Nazi’s.
