Former Donald Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway isn’t getting much love for breaking the glass ceiling as the first woman to successfully run a presidential campaign.
In fact, she told MSNBC’s Chris Matthews, some Hillary Clinton supporters have threatened her life.
“Anytime I respond, anytime I defend myself against these … allegations that are now leading to death threats … I’m seen as ungracious,” she told Matthews. “Why are we sore winners? I’m not a sore winner. I’m a winner. My guy’s a winner. He’s the next president of the United States.”
Conway said the threats have been triggered by the accusations that the Trump campaign created a platform for white supremacists and that it’s time for the Clinton side to accept the results of the election and stop the “incendiary” rhetoric.
