No one is quite sure whether the endorsement of Hillary by pop singer Pharrell Williams is a compliment or a slap, not just at Hillary Clinton but all women.
In an interview with GQ magazine, Williams insisted that Hillary would easily win if every woman in America voted for the former Secretary of State. But then was asked if Hillary lies. His answer left much to be desired, Breitbart News reports.
“Has she been dishonest about things? Sure. Have you?” Williams said of Clinton, before adding, “she don’t lie no more than any other politician does.”
Apparently Williams feels that everyone lies, so voting for a liar shouldn’t be a big deal.
Williams went on to reveal his own emasculation by insisting that the country needs a woman president to weed out the influence of “destructive” male presidents.
Williams also said Donald Trump’s slogan of “Make America Great Again” is not just “code” for racism but “blatant” racism and that he can’t wear red, white, and blue any more because of Trump’s rallies.
“It’s not a code, it’s blatant,” Williams said. “It made me not want to wear red white and blue for a while, that rally. Those things that were being said. Those t-shirts. I call them the bumper stickers. Cause that’s how they talk. Just like bumper stickers.”
