Geraldo has something to say about Tantaros’ suit after she names Bill O’Reilly as one of the sexual harassers

As more information comes out about the sexual harassment charges former Fox News host Andrea Tantaros has leveled against Fox News, she is being judged harshly by some of her former colleagues.

Among those who doubt Tantaro’s claims is Fox News host Geraldo Rivera who took to social media to defend his employer and take on CNN anchor Brian Stelter. Rivera is a longtime friend of former Fox founder, chairman and CEO Roger Ailes.

Even Stelter acknowledged holes in Tantaros’ lawsuit.

Tantaros on Monday filed a $5 million sexual harassment lawsuit against the network and Ailes offers salacious details of “harassment” from top-rated host Bill O’Reilly.

According to the court lawsuit, the former Fox News beauty said that, on more than one occasion, O’Reilly said he could “see [her] as a wild girl’ with a ‘wild side.'”

She claimed he also invited her to his home in Long Island with the promise that it was “very private.”

Tantaros said when she complained to the network’s executives she was taken off the “The O’Reilly Factor.”

This is the second time O’Reilly has been named in a sexual harassment case.

In 2004, he settled a lawsuit filed by Andrea Mackris, a former producer on his show, who claimed the host had phone sex conversations with her and told her he fantasized about her in the shower.

Tantaros didn’t claim O’Reilly did anything that risqué, but did say in her filing that “Fox News masquerades as a defender of traditional family values, but behind the scenes, it operates like a sex-fueled, Playboy Mansion-like cult, steeped in intimidation, indecency and misogyny.”

O’Reilly is not named as a defendant in Tantaros’ lawsuit.

Rivera wasn’t the only person on social media that isn’t waiting around for the courts to decide.
