During this week’s Republican National Convention, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie laid out his view of the indictment against Hillary Clinton for putting the nation’s national security at risk. Now Hillary is trolling the Gov. by posting a photo of the two giving each other a big hug.
During his Tuesday night speech, Christie said that Hillary is guilty of a long list of crimes against the American people.
“She was America’s chief diplomat. Look around at the violence and danger in our world today; every region of the world has been infected with her flawed judgment. But let me be specific, so you can render your verdict,” he said from the stage.
From there Christie laid out all Clinton’s failures not the least of which was her email scandal.
“We know exactly what four years of Hillary Clinton will bring: all the failures of the Obama years, but with less charm and more lies,” the Gov. concluded.
But after Christie’s speech, team Hillary took to Snapchat to troll Christie showing a video of the Gov. and Hillary hugging.
Christie even notes in the video that hugging Democrats gets him in trouble. “All I do is hug Democrats, it gets me in trouble all the time,” Christie tells Clinton as they embrace.
The jab goes back to the outrage Christie experienced when he was caught in a photo hugging President Barack Obama when the President visited New Jersey to see the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
Team Clinton also slammed Christie on Twitter in a joke over his “bridgegate” scandal, saying, “If you think Chris Christie can lecture anyone on ethics, we have a bridge to sell you.”
