Gay conservative provocateur and Breitbart Tech Editor Milo Yiannopoulos was supposed to be giving a lecture at the University of Central Florida tonight on radical Islamic terrorism, following the Orlando terror attack.

But, Yiannopoulos took to Twitter to confirm that the university has told him his lecture would be cancelled because they are not able to adequately protect him.

Yiannopoulos has been promoting his event, titled “Absolutely Haram: Milo on Gays & Islam,” all week and made a quick trip down to Florida right after the Pulse Nightclub attack to hold the townhall.

Yesterday, Yiannopoulos, known for his outspoken views on feminism and Islam, said it was time for the gay community to leave the Democratic party and vote for GOP nominee Donald Trump, as he has promised to stop the influx of Muslims into the country.
