A North Carolina hospital is apologizing after a volunteer was caught on video screaming wildly at a man and his children.

The incident occurred at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina when he said the unnamed volunteer started calling Isaiah Baskins the n-word and told him to “get out.”

“Get out of my face, lady. Do not put your hands on a … do not touch my baby,” Baskins told the lady.

“Shut your mouth up. I’m not putting up with you. I don’t care what you say. You just shut up. What’s wrong with you?” she shouted at Baskins and his children.

The woman, who also pushed a baby stroller at one point in the video, called for security to get rid of them.

“Get your damn underwear out of here,” she continued screaming. “I don’t want to see it!”

“Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center is shocked and appalled at the behavior demonstrated by our volunteer in this video. This behavior does not reflect our identity or our values. This individual is no longer a volunteer with our organization,” the hospital said in a statement to the Winston-Salem Journal.

It is unknown what led to the incident prior to the video recording.
