Mitt Romney reads mean tweets from angry critics on Jimmy Kimmel

Anti-Trump crusader Mitt Romney felt the wrath of Donald Trump supporters.

The former Republican presidential nominee appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Tuesday when the host had a surprise for him.

Cards with mean tweets from Trump and his supporters for Romney to read aloud.

The first tweet he read was from Trump himself, which said Romney had his chance and “blew it,” and said fellow anti-Trump warrior Lindsay Graham “got zero” when he was in the 2016 race.

“Uh, got zero?” Romney fired back. “The only people I know who ‘got zero’ are the ones who paid $25,000 to be at Trump University. They’re the ones who got zero.”

To one of the tweets from a Trump fan that called Romney a “loser,” the former candidate replied, “That’s true actually. I lost.”

Trump responded on “Fox & Friends” Wednesday saying that Romney had “demeaned himself” by reading the tweets.

“He shouldn’t have gone on that Jimmy Kimmel show,” Trump said. “He demeaned himself by doing that. I thought it didn’t look good. Let’s put it this way, I would not have done that.”
