A North Little Rock, Arkansas, student who was caught on video blowing smoke in his teacher’s face has been charged with harassment.
The 18-year-old, Christopher M. Dunn, was served with a warrant for harassment on Monday after it was approved by the prosecution.
The video, that showed Dunn blowing smoke in his teacher’s face, caused a stir in December when it gained fame on the Internet.
