Compassionate cops give homeless man a total makeover

A New York homeless man got a lot more than he bargained for when he was taken in by police on Tuesday.

Police spotted the disheveled man and as they spoke to him he told them that he wanted a hot shower and a haircut.

But the Rome Police Department took it a step further and added a shave and a new wardrobe for the man, identified only as “Bobby.”

“This morning we provided Bobby with a haircut, a shave, a shower and a whole new wardrobe of donated clothing,” the department wrote on Facebook. “Bobby left looking like a whole new person and couldn’t thank us enough.”
