‘You provided zero evidence!’ Stephanopoulos shouts at Trump’s Miller, finds he doesn’t intimidate so easily

Former staffer for President Bill Clinton, George Stephanopoulos, allowed his bias to show when he got into a heated shouting match with an adviser for President Donald Trump.

Stephen Miller appeared on ABC’s “This Week” and Stephanopoulos grilled him on the president’s contention that there is rampant voter fraud in America.

He  demanded Miller provide evidence but Miller explained that he wasn’t on the show to talk about that issue.

“I have actually haven’t worked before on a campaign in New Hampshire. I can tell you that this issue of busing voters into New Hampshire is widely known by anyone who’s worked in New Hampshire politics. It’s very real. It’s very serious. This morning, on this show, is not the venue for me to lay out all the evidence,” he said.

Stephanopoulos again demanded to see evidence.

“If this is an issue that interests you, then we can talk about it more in the future. And we now have our government. It’s s beginning to get stood up. We have a Department of Justice and we have more officials.

“An issue of voter fraud is something we’re going to be looking at very seriously and very hard,” Miller fired back, adding that the host ought to invite Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach on to discuss it.

It is more likely that Stephanopoulos didn’t actually want evidence. He wanted to make a Trump administration official look bad.

But it was he who looked like a petulant child that got schooled as he kept shouting “You provided zero evidence!” at Miller.

“The White House has provided enormous evidence with respect to voter fraud, with respect to people being registered in more than one state. Dead people voting, non-citizens being registered to vote,” Miller said. “George, it is a fact and you will not deny it that are massive numbers of non-citizens in this country who are registered to vote. That is a scandal!”

Miller’s appearance with Stephanopoulos was one of several he made to various Sunday talk shows.
