President Joe Biden’s proclivity for mucking up his lines has been a constant headache for his handlers and on Friday, the befuddled octogenarian did it again during a trip to the Great White North where he mentally misfired by praising China instead of Canada in remarks to the Canadian parliament in Ottawa, another addition to the geriatric human gaffe machine’s greatest hits collection.
The occasion of Biden’s visit was a bilateral meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau where the two leaders discussed a variety of agenda items including the obsession with the radical reconfiguration of western civilization to stave off the purported climate change doomsday, Ukraine, and human trafficking among topics during the nation’s 46th president’s first official visit to the northern neighbor since he took office.
It was while Biden was speaking on the exploitation of human trafficking that he flubbed, mixing up the human rights-abusing communist colossus with Trudeau’s own budding fascist regime which, while nowhere near China when it comes to sheer oppression, it isn’t for a lack of trying on the prissy prime minister’s part as was evident during his ruthless crackdown on truckers who were protesting Canada’s COVID tyranny last year.
“So today, I applaud China for stepping up,” Biden said.“Excuse me, I applaud Canada,” he said as many in the gathering of Canadian politicians laughed at him.
“You can tell what I’m thinking about China,” he added. “I won’t get into that yet.”
Gaffe or Freudian slip?
Biden "accidentally" praises China when addressing the Canadian Parliament.

Twitter pounced on Biden’s mental misfire with many users noting that of all of the countries in the world, China was the first to slip off his tongue considering his family’s shady business dealings with interests within the communist country.
There must be another envelope on the way from Xi.

It’s even funnier when you realize that we just learned members of Biden’s family got millions of dollars from a Chinese energy company and how the biggest political story in Canada right now is how China interfered in their last two elections to elect Trudeau’s party.

It’s like slapstick comedy, but it’s not funny.

He’s got China on his mind because it’s Friday, you know, payday.

It was no accident…he is compromised and everyone knows it!

Also taking notice of the humiliating goof was former President Donald J. Trump, Biden’s potential opponent in the 2024 presidential election.
“’I want to applaud China…..I mean Canada.’ The room erupted in laughter. This was Biden’s big punchline today speaking before the Canadian Parliment in Ottawa, Ontario. Just a disaster – We are a Nation in Decline!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

During his remarks on the lethal menace of fentanyl that has been flooding into the United States, Biden didn’t see fit to mention China as the top supplier of the deadly poison that has been sending tens of thousands of Americans to the morgue every year and decimating a far greater number of lives.
“We’re tackling the scourge of synthetic drugs that are devastating Canada and American communities, particularly our young people. Fentanyl is a killer and almost everyone knows someone who has been affected by this — lost a child or lost a friend,” Biden said of the toxic substance.
He said fentanyl, which is being cooked up for shipment to the US and other countries in Chinese labs, “has its roots around the globe” and is “shipped from overseas.”
“Canada and the United States are working closely with our partner in Mexico to attack this problem at every stage, from the precursor chemicals shipped from overseas to the powder to the pills to the traffickers moving into all of our countries,” the 80-year-old president said.
“Today our destinies are intertwined and they are inseparable. Not because of inevitability of geography, but because it’s a choice, the choice we made again and again,” Biden said of the relationship between the two North American countries.
