Tucker says email from laptop shows Hunter had access to classified docs

Though the contents of President Joe Biden’s classified documents remain unknown to the public, Fox News host Tucker Carlson suggested Hunter Biden’s foreign business deals may likely have benefitted from unauthorized access to State Department details.

With the recent news that former Vice President Mike Pence also had classified documents in his home came the expected spin from corporate media of the president’s innocence from scandal. However, on Tuesday’s edition of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” the host laid out why “the details are what matters” as he speculated how known information pulled from Hunter’s laptop from hell added weight to what, at the least, was a careless mishandling of sensitive materials.

“But thankfully, Miranda Devine of the New York Post may have brought us a little closer to the answer,” Carlson suggested of the as yet unknown contents of the various troves of classified documents found to be in Biden’s possession from his time as vice president. “So she analyzed the documents that we do have, the ones found on Hunter Biden’s famous laptop. And on that laptop, she found a remarkable email, an email the Justice Department has never shown to the public, despite the fact its agents have had it for years.”

“And the document that Miranda Devine found indicates that Hunter Biden had classified information in his possession. Almost certainly that came from his father, then the vice president. And that he used that information to make piles of money for the Biden family while working at a fake job in Ukraine,” he detailed. “That’s what it shows.”

Referencing an April 13, 2014 email from Hunter to his Burisma business partner Devon Archer, Carlson laid out how a week before then-Vice President Biden went to Ukraine to meet with the prime minister, his son had forwarded a “detailed memo with nearly two dozen data points about the political and strategic situation” there that wasn’t like other emails from the drug-addled Biden, but “sounded like something produced by the State Department.”

“There’s no question that Hunter Biden used classified materials to assemble this email,” the host went on. “Listen carefully: ‘The strategic values to create a land bridge for RU to Crimea,’ he writes at one point. Notice he used the diplomatic abbreviation for Russia, RU, because he’s in the know. ‘That won’t directly affect Burisma holdings, but it will limit future UK exploration and utilization of offshore opportunities in particular.'”

“‘It will also,’ Hunter Biden added, ‘further destabilize the UK nationally and for whatever government is in power and the US will respond with even stronger sanctions. Those sanctions will threaten the tenuous support of the EU, which does not have the political will to incur steep energy price increases,’ and so on,” Carlson detailed.

“Now, keep in mind, if you’re wondering, is this plausible? Keep in mind, when he wrote this email, Hunter Biden was an active drug addict. Just two months before he wrote this, two months, in February of 2014, he’d been thrown out of the Navy for cocaine use. He couldn’t even stay sober long enough to pass a scheduled drug test. He was completely out of control,” the host argued.

“Yet somehow, in that state, in this email, Hunter Biden managed to sound like a seasoned Ukraine hand from Foggy Bottom, referring to Russia as ‘RU’ and all the rest. And critically, he seemed to know for a fact the details of American diplomatic strategy in the region,” Carlson pointed out. “The US will respond with even stronger sanctions. How did Hunter Biden know that? Oh, come on. Come on.”

To further portray the gravitas of what was implied of the elder Biden still insisting he had no role in his son’s business dealing, Carlson went on to state that email, which the Justice Department had access to prior to the 2020 presidential election, that encouraged Archer to get a “burner phone” to keep conversations private, was followed by the vice president using his leverage to get Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin fired for investigating Burisma by withholding American aid money.

“‘I’m telling you,'” Biden recounted on stage before the Council on Foreign Relations, “‘you’re not getting the billion dollars.’ I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here.’ I think it was about six hours. I look, I said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well son of a b*tch, he got fired.”

“So this really is the scandal right there,” Carlson concluded. “It’s about Ukraine and it’s about the Biden family’s stream of income, which was illegitimate.”
