‘Something seriously wrong with you’: Jennifer Rubin graces Twitter with absolutely ‘batsh*t’ Roe take

The Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin has a history of inane partisan punditry through corporate media appearances and social media posts. Via steadfast liberal activism, Rubin defended her title in the “Ruthless” podcast 2022 “Liberal Hack Tournament” and her “batsh*t” reaction to the overturning of Roe v. Wade Friday appeared to have her well on her way to a “threepeat.”

Before the SCOTUS leak at the beginning of May, the writing on the wall suggested Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization had a good chance at leading toward Roe being struck down, reverting the right to legislate on abortion back to the states. So, with weeks of hyperbolic reactions from progressives asserting a non-existent constitutional right to abortion on demand, Rubin’s ability to be a standout in such a crowded field truly speaks to the limitless depths the left will sink to when defending their views.

Without citing an example of a law that would do so, the opinion writer for the Post claimed, “a state can now execute a woman for refusing to submit to a forced birth even if the ‘abortion’ is within hours of conception. barbarism.”

Rubin didn’t leave it at that either as she continued, “senators cheering the decision are supporting states’ power to criminalize all abortions in all situations. This is radical, inhumane and intolerable in a free society.”

Many reactions to her outlandish claims involved trying to understand what it was she was getting at or outright dismissing the lunacy for what it was.

However, some on social media saw what Rubin wrote and saw fit to question her intelligence and sanity in response.

Warning: Language

“Jen ramps up the batsh*t to level eleventy gajillion,” one person quipped over the erroneous claims.

Many joined a chorus of pointing out that Rubin’s claims were standard fare for someone who devotes her time to being a hack for the Democratic Party, but what was more startling about her unfounded assertion was her history of reporting ideas entirely to the contrary.

“Elective abortions have nothing to do with ‘women’s health,'” Rubin wrote in 2012 in response to a Democratic Party social media post that read “For folks who claim to believe in freedom from gov’t interference, it doesn’t seem to bother them when it comes to a woman’s health.”

Jason Rantz, a regular on Fox News, suggested that Rubin was even more of a hack than she lets on as her positions evidently changed for her to get herself on television. She even voiced opposition to late term abortions in the wake of reporting on abortion provider Kermit Gosnell’s murder trial.

True to being a hack, it was established that Rubin’s only actual standard is whatever she has to say to keep getting air time despite, as some suggested, not belonging anywhere near a broadcast network.
