‘Thought crime FED bullsh*t’: Critics cry foul over arrest of alleged ‘white nationalists’ at Pride event

Critics cried foul this Saturday after a group of right-wing men allegedly linked to white nationalism were arrested in the Idaho community of Coeur d’Alene not for actually rioting at a gay pride event but rather for wanting to riot at said event.

Considering that cops nationwide frequently allow left-wing extremists to “get away with” actual rioting, it seemed like the height of bull for the police to suddenly decide to arrest a group of right-wing men on suspicion of wanting to riot, critics said.

The bizarre series of events that led to their arrest began “when a concerned person called police around 1:38 p.m.” and reported “seeing the group loading” items, including masks and shields, into a U-Haul truck, according to station KREM.

The group of men “looked like a little army,” the caller told them. Coeur d’Alene police spotted the U-Haul roughly 10 minutes later and promptly stopped it.

“Police and deputies surrounded the truck and when they opened it up they found dozens of men in the back, all wearing the same clothes, including khakis, with navy blue shirts, beige hats, and a white cloth covering their faces,” according to KREM.

“Based on evidence collected at the scene and documents police found in the U-haul, [Coeur d’Alene Police Chief Lee] White said that they believe the group was planning to riot in several areas of downtown Coeur d’Alene, not just the park [where the event was being held].”

“It appears they did not come here to engage in peaceful events,” Kootenai County Sheriff Bob Norris reportedly said.

And so based on this “appearance,” the police arrested the men on charges of conspiracy to riot.

The group of men has since been identified as Patriot Front, an alleged white nationalist group. Yet strangely enough, the group’s manifesto, posted online, doesn’t contain a single instance of the word white or Caucasian.

Instead it speaks about wanting “a return to the traditions and virtues of our forefathers.” Their “forefathers” are described as “the varied nations and cultures of Europe,” a continent brimming with non-white countries.

However, the group does claim that one can only be an American “through blood” — the blood, presumably, of European people.

“Those of foreign birth may occupy civil status within the lands occupied by the state, and they may even be dutiful citizens, yet they may not be American. Membership within the American nation is inherited through blood, not ink,” the manifesto reads.

“Even those born in America may yet be foreign. Nationhood cannot be bestowed upon those who are not of the founding stock of our people, and those who do not share the common spirit that permeates our greater civilization, and the European diaspora.”

Critics say that, regardless of the group’s beliefs, their arrest is highly suspicious and troubling given that they didn’t actually engage in any rioting.

Even the following Twitter user, who’s clearly no fan of the group, admitted that the “conspiracy to riot” charge sounded like “some thought crime FED bullshit.” (*Language warning):

Notice the prevailing theory that some of the members of Patriot Front were themselves federal agents.

This theory is based on what happened in Michigan, where a group of men were arrested in 2020 for allegedly plotting to kill Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. Yet it was later learned that the group was comprised almost entirely of federal agents, and that said agents had in fact orchestrated the whole plot from beginning to end.

According to Alissa Azar, a woman who witnessed the group’s arrest Saturday, the cops told her “that they got arrested because of the feds in their group chats.”

This claim contradicts what KREM reported, so its accuracy is unclear. However, it’d certainly fit with what’s known about how the feds operate.

That being said, Fox News notes that Police Chief White said that “police were tipped off by a civilian and not by a law enforcement informant within the Patriot Front which some on social media had claimed.”

  2. If they had been fat girls all wearing black, the “concerned citizen” would have helped them load their UHaul, brought them coffee and donuts, and got them a police escort to, and protection during the actual riot.

    1. Why are there no pictures of their faces? I saw one where everyone of them had a white mask.
    2. Did the police just roll up on the U-Haul and think this must be a group ready to protest a gay parade.
    3. Why do we not trust anything or anyone anymore?
    4. It is really convenient to have come across these “white nationalist” protesters in the middle of the Jan 6 kangaroo court.

    And last I am surprised there are enough gays anywhere in ID to have a parade, it isn’t the most progressive place. In fact most people who were sick of the progressives in WA state move there or Montana.

  4. Seems to me that there was not any probable cause to stop the van. And/or once the van was stopped no probable cause for the arrest. Grounds for suit here would seem likely. Their freedom to assemble Guaranteed by the First Amendment might have been trampled on a bit. Another thing I would have not cooperated with was that kneeling shit.     1. For over 100 days straight too, tried to burn down a federal building, or stalking Andy Ngo. They tried to start a Seattle Precinct on fire with the cops inside. And that is just a few highlights. They have been creating havoc for years and no one does anything about it.

    Patriotism = Nationalism = Supremacism = Racism = HATE
    Very briefly, in order for globalism to succeed, patriotism itself – simple love of country – must be eliminated and expunged from public discourse, and portrayed as a very negative thing. After all, the left wants to supersede all national governments with an all powerful one world centralized government run entirely by them, and so patriotism, simple love of country and culture and so forth, stands directly in their way. It simply has to go.

    So, where we stand now, looking at the above formula above as it is slowly and stealthily introduced from left to right, is if you are a patriotic American citizen you are at best described in U.S. corporate propaganda media as a “nationalist“, and this is of course is at least carefully implied to be a negative / distasteful thing. And also of course, if you are a patriotic American citizen who happens to be “white”, then you are described as a “white nationalist“, the same viciously negative terminology once reserved for the KKK and neo-Nazis and so forth. The very concept of patriotism itself is being eliminated and replaced with “nationalism”, which is then carefully and increasingly presented as a very negative and even hateful thing.

    Looking at the above simplified media propaganda formula, you can see it only gets worse from there. The good news is that all such hateful propaganda not only loses it power as soon as it is recognized, it generates a tremendous amount of anger and resentment towards those behind it. The left’s “useful idiot” true believers, largely looking to and believing their own propaganda media, are largely incapable of seeing the rapidly growing opposition they are generation against themselves – even among many of their own traditional democrat voter base. Even a simple comment like this one, perhaps causing someone out there to recognize this “anti-patriotism” propaganda whenever they see it being expounded in future, spells their inevitable doom, while highlighting the anti-American left’s NEED to CENSOR all “misinformation”, which of course is anything they disagree with and/or exposes who they really are. Even simple things like this simple comment must be erased as soon as they can seize enough power to do so. They simply have no choice and this exposes them.

  10. I’m not saying I agree or disagree with the ideas expressed in this article. What I do say is that the 1st Amendment gives them the right to think this, and/or say this. As long as no one was attacked or hurt, there is no harm, no foul. The people in Charlottsville who were marching for the protection of their Statues had a permit for their march. The Left wing radicals who attacked them had no permit to march. They surely had no permit to attack. Neither did all the rioters in all the cities who destroyed and burned. The Law enforcement in this nation, from the DOJ and FBI to State and local police have been following the unconstitutional orders of their elected political leaders, in spite of their Vows and Oaths to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. If our leaders who ALL took an Oath to protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States adhered to their Oath instead of defying it, our domestic problems would surely be minimized.

  17. The police have opened themselves up to a massive civil rights lawsuit here. The conspiracy charges will implode the moment they reach even a neutral Judge. Proving conspiracy would require actual knowledge and proof of specific pre-planning of the intent to INITIATE violence.

    Based on the actions of the leftist revolutionaries at literally hundreds of events over the last few years, based on the police refusal to take action, the equipment makes perfect sense.

    Conservatives are regularly doxed. Hence the masks. Or perhaps they were only to stem the spread of Covid.

    Conservatives are regularly attacked with pepper spray and thrown objects. Hence the shields.

    And I don’t recall many instances in which the regular black uniform of Antifa is called into question by law enforcement.

    The ONLY basis for protective gear, masks and matching clothing as intent to commit violence is the actions of Antifa, BLM and anarchist groups.

    BTW, if they are anarchists why do they dress alike, almost like…gasp…uniforms.

  27. I cant come to the defense of this group. Rioting is illegal regardless of which political side, and dozens of men in the back of a Uhaul with garb and gear…men from a known group that stages protests and disruptions is a clear conspiracy to do something. If there is paperwork they had with plans, thats probably their undoing, unless that paperwork clearly instructs the men to be non-violent…then a judge or jury might throw out the charges.

    There should be at least one traffic violation for hauling humans in the back of a Uhaul. That’s kind of dangerous, even though it would only be these fecal matter that would be hurt.

    Here’s the thing. This group, whether an FBI front, fabricating the “violent white extremist” narrative, or they are genuine white supremacist nutjobs…is not something we want representing regular American conservatives. Media ties them in with republicans and conservatives whether one likes it or not.

    I for one, am glad they were stopped before getting filmed being creepy at a gay pride event. Gay pride events are creepy enough. All these groups do is give media footage of creepy looking white guys that look like clones, acting creepy, and ties them to MAGA, republicans and conservatives.
