Fox News host Tucker Carlson addressed the Washington Free Beacon’s investigation into the Biden administration’s safe smoking kits reportedly containing crack pipes on his show Thursday while running a chyron that claimed the president “wants everyone to have access to crack pipes just like his son.”
“Crack pipes are distributed in safe smoking kits up and down the East Coast, raising questions about the Biden administration’s assertion that its multimillion-dollar harm reduction grant program wouldn’t funnel taxpayer dollars to drug paraphernalia,” the Washington Free Beacon reported.
“The findings are the result of Washington Free Beacon visits to five harm-reduction organizations and calls to over two dozen more. In fact, every organization we visited—facilities in Boston, New York City, Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Richmond, Va.—included crack pipes in the kits,” the media outlet noted.
“So, the Biden administration is now taking a 30 million dollar ‘harm reduction’ program this year aimed at drug users, and of course, it promoted harm as it always does. The grant program they suggest would fund something called ‘smoking kits’ and the White House told us at the time, they absolutely do not include crack pipes period,” Carlson stated as he opened the “Tucker Carlson Tonight” segment.
The White House said safe smoking kits don’t have crack pipes in them.
So @FreeBeacon went out to see for our selves.
The answer: Yes, Safe Smoking Kits Include Free Crack Pipes. Read @PatrickHauf:https://t.co/QZB5SQVFos pic.twitter.com/HtAFXORHm4

Then he played a clip of a reporter asking White House press secretary Jen Psaki about the kits in February when she called the initial reporting by the Washington Free Beacon inaccurate.
BREAKING REPORT: It Turns Out – Despite Psaki Still Claiming It’s a “Conspiracy Theory,” Biden Administration's “SAFE SMOKING KITS” Include Free Crack Pipes..

We have the crackpipes, Jen https://t.co/QEcdwcMNgH

“So, Jen Psaki told you the kits just have lip balm and the fact-checkers at USA Today, who for the record will say literally anything, reported there were definitely no crack pipes inside, so shut up conspiracy monger. ‘What’s inside a safe smoking kit to stop opioid overdose? No, it’s not a crack pipe.’ But of course, they did no reporting on it because it’s not really a news organization, it’s USA Today, America’s newspaper,” Carlson smirked.
Obviously, the Biden crack pipe kits contained crack pipes.

Literally anybody could have gone to the Biden admin's "harm reduction" spots and seen the free crack pipes for themselves.

“But the Washington Free Beacon decided to report the story, which reporters are supposed to do,” the Fox News host added.
Carlson went on to interview Beacon reporter Patrick Hauf who was the one who investigated the harm-reduction organizations.
“So, you actually did the reporting. What did you find?” Carlson asked.
“Yes, so just to address what Jen Psaki said. I mean this is the exact messaging they did back when we broke the story in February. ‘Oh no, no, no… oh no, the pipes are not in the kits.’ And happily, the media pushed this narrative, they printed the press release. What we decided was to actually go out and do the real work to figure out what is in a smoking kit. So, we went to five cities up and down the East Coast and we found, of course, yes… a crack pipe is within a crack-smoking kit. That’s the whole point, you smoke with a pipe,” Hauf contended.
“We have the worst drug epidemic in American history. One hundred and seven thousand dead last year. Why… do you have any clue why the White House would promote drug addiction?” Carlson asked Hauf.
Running out of baby formula but have surplus government issued crack pipes ..Rod Serling . Where are you ?

In Joe Biden's America, it's easier to get an abortion and a free crack pipe than it is to feed your baby.

“Yes, so this program is the $30 million HHS program. It gives this money to these harm reduction organizations and on this grant program is listed these smoking kits, supposedly to reduce harm for users. Now, I’ve continued to reach out to HHS… okay, clearly these pipes are in the smoking kits and I got them. There’s documented proof of this going back for years. I said, ‘Okay, well, how are you going to ensure these pipes are not in the kits?’ They have no answer for this. The White House has clearly made this up as they’ve gone along because there’s been quite the backlash,” Hauf remarked.
At this point in the interview, a chyron appeared that read “BIDEN WANTS EVERYONE TO HAVE ACCESS TO CRACK PIPES LIKE HIS SON HUNTER.” Mediaite ran with that explosive headline which was on the screen for only a few seconds.
The meat of the story was exactly what the Washington Free Beacon was reporting on concerning crack pipes allegedly being found in smoking kits but the chyron is what made the news. Carlson did not mention Hunter Biden in his show. The only time that appeared was in the chyron snippet.
Carlson rounded out the interview by asking Hauf about his reporting and what he saw which included drug addicts and blatant drug use while police ignored it in Boston. Hauf showed a crack pipe and a meth pipe that were allegedly from the smoking kits before ending.
