President Joe Biden’s Wednesday visit to Illinois went just as well as most of his other speaking events, until he dubbed former President Donald Trump “the great MAGA king.”
First, he misunderstood basic American geography by saying that the state of New Jersey borders Virginia. It, of course, does not, and anyone with a map can vouch for that.
Watch:
Biden: “the entire state of New Jersey – from New York all the way down to Virginia – the entire state of New Jersey.”

“More timber, more land, more buildings, more territory has been burned to the ground this year than the entire state of New Jersey, from New York all the way down to Virginia. The entire state of New Jersey,” Biden mumbled.
He then said that the G-7 was comprised of “all the democracies in Europe” when, in fact, it is made up of advanced countries around the world, not just Europe.

In Biden’s defense, he did make an attempt to fix his blunder by adding “North America, Europe, and Asia — they’re all part of it,” but not all of Europe and Asia take part in the G-7. The lineup contains Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, and the United States.
There was another point at which Biden seemed to just forget what he was talking about:

But the real breathtaking moment was at his night event in Chicago when he appeared to double down on his previous “Ultra MAGA” comments that gained a lot of traction in the media. Deciding to go one step further, Biden boldly called Trump “the great MAGA king.” The crowd didn’t react to the jab, though it’s unclear whether the quip was meant to provoke a response.

If he meant to anger Trump and his supporters, Biden might be disappointed with the social media response:
Biden’s new plan is to attack Donald Trump by giving him really cool nicknames.
