‘What’s going on here?’ Biden seems to truly believe Florida does not want you to say the word ‘gay’

President Joe Biden visited the Pacific Northwest on Thursday where he was completely befuddled by the current conservative outcry in Florida against Disney due to its recent criticism of the parental rights bill passed by the legislature in the Sunshine State.

“What’s going on here?” Biden inquired at a Democratic National Committee fundraiser in Seattle, targeting the “MAGA crowd.”

“This is not your father’s Republican Party. This is a different deal. Not a joke. Not a joke. And it’s not just Trump, it’s the MAGA crowd. It’s all about things that have nothing to do with traditional, conservative doctrine,” he said.

“I respect conservatives. There’s nothing conservative about deciding you’re going to throw Disney out of its present posture because — Mickey Mouse? In fact, do you think we should be, not be able to say, you know, ‘gay’?” he continued during his first fundraising trip since his inauguration. “I mean, what’s going on here? What the hell is going on? And it’s just — so, I don’t believe it’s who the vast majority of American people are.”

Before these comments on Thursday evening, the president spoke at the Portland Yacht Club where he had criticized the GOP as a “MAGA Party.”

“By the way, I’m not just talking about former President Trump. We have a whole — this is not your father’s Republican Party, by any stretch of the imagination. This is the MAGA Party. Not a joke,” he told the audience, according to the White House.

Biden called today’s GOP “a different breed of cat.”

Biden claimed that the Republican Party is “not even conservative in the traditional sense of conservatism,” before he continued to attack the actions taken in Florida to dismantle the 1967 Reedy Creek Improvement District that essentially allows Disney to govern itself.

“It’s mean. It’s ugly. It’s the way — look what’s happening down in Florida. They’re going after Mickey Mouse,” he said to some laughter. “I mean, seriously, think about it. As my friend used to say, ‘Who woulda thunk it?’”

One explanation to the question posed by America’s top executive is that Florida’s Parental Rights in Education bill doesn’t actually prohibit the word ‘gay’ from being uttered. Instead, it prohibits kindergarten through third-grade classroom discussions about “sexual orientation” or “gender identity.”

There was little surprise from the few conservatives left on social media about the President’s messaging.

Disney wasn’t the only topic of conversation for the President on Thursday.

Despite even many Democrats predicting the contrary, Biden also suggested that the left could have a net gain of two seats in the Senate come November.

“We’ve done a hell of a job,” he bragged at the Portland Yacht Club, going on to note job creation statistics, a topic that has garnered considerable backlash in the past.


“We can’t afford to lose the House, we can’t afford to lose the Senate,” he told his Seattle listeners.

    1. A very good question CARCOLLECTOR. Impeachment proceeding can begin early 2023, assuming the repos take Congress. And then add one year because it’s a gubment thing and it’s the Deep State Toxic Septic Sewer System.
