President Joe Biden gave a bizarre and mostly incoherent speech for Earth Day on Friday that insanely promised billions in spending to make “every vehicle” in the military “climate-friendly” while proposing that the U.S. pay Brazil to stop cutting down their forests.

The president gave his Earth Day speech staged in the middle of a road at Seward Park in Seattle, Washington. He pushed for Americans to address climate change, claiming that his administration is taking action, and called on Congress to do the same.

“One of the things I found out as president of the United States, I get to spend a lot of that money,” Biden said displaying an amazing level of tone-deafness as Americans struggle to fill up their cars, pay their bills, and put food on their tables. “We’re going to start the process where every vehicle in the United States military, every vehicle, is going to be climate-friendly — every vehicle — I mean it.”

“We’re spending billions of dollars to do it,” he boasted and then claimed that the unwanted transition was “going to matter.”

This explains Biden’s announcement in March that the 2023 budget would include one of the “largest investments in our national security in history,” insisting that the funding will ensure our military “remains the best-prepared, best-trained, best-equipped military in the world.” He was evidently referring to outfitting it for climate change, not combat readiness. The budget proposes spending $773 billion funneled to the Department of Defense.

Exactly how the transition of the military vehicles to being “climate-friendly” will be accomplished, considering that making them electric is untenable, remains to be seen.

Biden claimed he met with leaders of the American automobile industry. He contended that they agreed on an “ambitious goal” of having 50% electric vehicles sales by the year 2030. But he didn’t address how Americans will be able to afford the vehicles or the infrastructure needed to make the switch plausible.

“That’s the commitment they made,” Biden stated. “I didn’t make it for them — they made it because they realized what the future is.”

“You know, my view of this crisis, as I said, is a genuine opportunity, an opportunity to do things we wanted to do and only now become so apparent,” Biden ironically said, verifying that the left never lets an emergency go to waste.

“You know, my pen’s ready. My pen’s ready to sign. I’m anxious to sign this. Get some of these bills to my desk,” he told Congress.

“We have to move quickly,” Biden declared. “With this executive order on Earth Day, we’re also showing this moment of maximum threat and urgency can also be a moment of enormous hope, an enormous opportunity.”

“You know that we know that we carry in heart and mind the image of the ideal place, the right place, the one true home,” he commented. “I just think this is the beginning of a new day and we’re going to just have to overtake the opposition.”

“I really mean it,” he reiterated.

He also strangely whispered while talking about windmills.

“I made it clear to my friends up in Nantucket and that area, ‘I don’t want to hear any more about you don’t like looking at them.’ They’re pretty,” Biden nonsensically remarked.

The president also bizarrely talked about paying Brazil so they would not cut down their forests as part of his climate change plan.

“You’re not going to — maybe — like this. We should be paying the Brazilians not to cut down the forests. We got to cut ours down. We got to cut ours down. We got the benefit of it. We’ve got these third world countries — not third world, some are — in Africa and in South America. We got to — the industrial countries have to help,” he incoherently declared.

Much of Biden’s proposed spending on climate change is not likely to pass in Congress.

He continued his speech by pushing for social and environmental justice and threw in racial equity to round out his progressive message,

“We put environmental justice at the center of what we do, addressing the disproportionate health, environmental, and economic impacts that have been borne primarily by communities of color, places too often left behind,” he said.

  1. This rambling mfr is getting worse every week .
He is in la La land ,head up his ass . Totally oblivious to what he speaks ,whispers into the mic like a loco mental ,one flew over the coo coo nest .
Mid terms are coming ,so is the blood bath.
Crush these bastards into the dirt .

  2. So how many armored generators will be needed to provide charging for all these electric vehicles? They would have to travel with the combat units and be fast charging. It will take the pentagon 20+ years to get that vehicle, not to mention get the armored tanks and IFVs.

  3. Here’s ALL you NEED to BATTLE “CLIMATE”! When it’s cold outside – wear MORE clothing! When it’s HOT outside – wear LESS clothing!! Now maybe some young whippersnapper lawyer can turn that into a less comprehensible LAW and “Pres LOL” will sign it!

  4. So our military is going to be like timeout everyone. I need to charge my vehicle. Like that’s going to work. What it will do is put our military in danger of being killed on the battlefield. Just saying

  5. I have a four door, 5 passenger Chevy Impala. This vehicle weighs about 3,600 pounds. A Electric Vehicle of the same capacity weighs over 6,000 pounds. This represents a 60% increase in weight, which I presume is mostly the weight of the batteries. The M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams Main Battle Tank weighs in at 73.6 Tons. If this same increase in weight were to be applied to this tank because of the weight of the batteries this vehicle would weigh in at about 117 Tons, or 234,000 pounds. I doubt that there is an aircraft currently in the US Military inventory that could carry very many of these monsters, but even more important where the hell ae you going to plug this thing in to recharge the batteries and how long would it take and how long would it run on a fully charged battery system???

    1. I’ve never seen the comparison of the weight in a car like that, but just think of the ADDITIONAL DAMAGE to our roadways!! When you travel you’ll notice that the RIGHT hand lane is usually more damaged than the CENTER OR LEFT. That is due to the heavy trucks that SHOULD stay mostly in that right hand lane. IF all ev’s are overweight like that then our roads will be torn up more rapidly! Maybe there should be an ADDED TAX to ev’s to offset the damage they do!!

  6. You just keep digging the hole deeper Joey. By November, not a single Democrat will be electable, including AOC!

    Let’s go Brandon!!!!

  7. I believe Biden’s line between reality and bizarro world has gone the way of Biden’s southern border…

  8. For Democrats to retain power, they MUST have an ongoing crisis! COVID is over. They’re now resurrecting Global…
    Warming
    Cooling
    Climate Change
to keep us afraid…and dependent on Govmint!
Without fear, the left’s tyranny isn’t worth it!

  9. It would be interesting to find out what Biden’s speech writer is smoking. Maybe we could develop military guns that shoot lavender puffs and develop chamomile bombs to placate the enemy. 🤪

  10. The stock market is crashing. People are going broke. Where in hell is all this money supposed to come from. Mid terms and 2024 can’t come soon enough

  11. Battery powered army tanks and transport trucks and missle carriers. I can’t wait to see them in battle.

    FJB

  12. Enough is Enough! This idiot is totally clueless, has no idea what he is doing or talking about, and it in total denial of his disastrous policies. We cannot afford three more years of this lunacy…

  13. Enough already. Impeach the Bastard! This idiot and his whole cabinet are Loonie toon asholes. Will this nightmare ever end?

  14. Most of the so-called ‘climate change’ advocates are completely clueless about what they are talking. Ask to define ‘greenhouse gas’ and hear their usually absurd answers. They continually try to condemn CO2 as a pollutant yet without it this planet would be as barren as the moon!!

  15. We will have no military vehicles after the first battle. As soon as they stop for 8 hours to charge they will be easy targets and will all be destroyed. China Joe and his handlers are trying to set us up for a Chinese takeover. That’s what ALL the politicians have been paid by China to do. FU K China Joe and his handlers all criminals trators and terrost.

  16. Will Creepy Joe be installing charging stations all over these war zones? Or will he be sending diesel generators along side his EVs?
