President Joe Biden will pardon his scandal-plagued son Hunter and then step away from the job, allowing Democrats to replace the deeply unpopular leader for 2024, at least that’s the theory put forth by Greg Gutfeld of Fox News.
Now that it is no longer possible to keep a lid on the damning details of the younger Biden’s shady foreign business dealings, there is an increasing possibility that an indictment could be looming, an ominous possibility for Democrats whose political prospects continue to get grimmer by the day.
There have been whispers that the party would like to find a way to dump Biden from the 2024 ticket to contain the damage to the rapidly approaching midterms, and his son’s legal problems could represent the perfect opportunity to push him into retirement, at least that’s what Gutfeld was suggesting.
During Monday’s edition of “The Five”, the panel discussed The Washington Post’s acknowledgment that the previously suppressed bombshell about incriminating material on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop that has since been authenticated by The New York Times presents an “opportunity for a reckoning” in the media.
The co-hosts opened by discussing WaPo’s admission, then turned to the idea that “the big guy” himself could be implicated by the contents of the laptop as well as the possibility of the Justice Department going after the son of a sitting president.
“I worked at DOJ for a just little while, I was a spokesperson there, one of the many spokespeople there and basically, you would learn 101 ways to say no comment, which is, I think, is what the White House and DOJ is trying to do right now,” Dana Perino said, referring to remarks by White House chief of staff Ron Klain.
“I don’t have any evidence to think that the White House is pressuring the DOJ in any way, besides, prosecutors really don’t like that,” she added, “and so, they don’t have to be told this is super sensitive, they know that if there is one iota that it looks like Joe Biden was involved in some way or influenced in some way, the White House’s messaging…. what the chief of staff just said which is that he has full confidence his son didn’t do anything wrong. there’s no there there, there’s nothing there, that will all blow apart.”
“So I think the DOJ is just trying to slow-walk this as long as they can, they might try to say well we don’t do things before elections, but Hunter Biden is not on the ballot.”
Gutfeld disagreed with Perino that the Justice Department would slow-walk the investigation, and after calling into question the sincerity of WaPo coming clean after it dismissed the laptop story instead of when it could have made a difference, laid out his theory.
“You said slow walk? I think it’s a fast walk,” he said.
“I think that Joe is not going to be there for 2024, right?” Gutfeld asked. “And they’re going to tell him that, he’s got to go back, to home, but the tradeoff, is that he gets to pardon Hunter.”
“So that’s what I think, they’re going to fast walk it… this is what you would call a conspiracy,” he explained, “but they’re going to fast walk it so they can pardon him, and then Joe will leave and then it’s all gone.”
Whether Gutfeld’s theory pans out remains to be seen but the White House is feeling the pressure and the walls could soon be closing in.

OK – just dust off the bill the dems had put together to make it ILLEGAL for PRESIDENT TRUMP to PARDON HIS KIDS and replace TRUMP with BIDEN!!! I’m sure this has been considered!! OH it will have to WAIT till January!!
Byden and camela or any of their replacements are not the problem. That damage has already been done. The problem is their handlers of this illegitimate government who brought about the insurrection on November 3, 2020. These are the people who need to go on trial for treason (election fraud) as soon as the republicans take control of congress in 2023 including the FEC, State officials, drop box stuffers, judges, vote counters caught on camera, ballot harvesters, and Zuckerberg. We will continue living in a shit hole banana republic until this is fixed.
Oh c’mon Gutfeld, that is the only reason the story is seeing daylight, they need to rid Joe, he out lived his usefulness; they thought he would pass in his sleep with another stroke, then backdoor Kamahoe Harris will lead as first female president. They waited until now is because they actually didn’t know Kamahoe Harris was so stupid, and toxically disliked. But now they can’t wait, even they know Biden is doing more damage to the party. Believe me, otherwise they would still keep covering up for the Biden crime family. JMO
I’m personally surprised the Democrats have kept Joe in to this point. I thought he would last maybe a year then replaced. And it does look like a move is being made to do that.
Maybe their problem is they can’t legally replace him with anyone better. Harris has been called an air sandwich. Which probably accurately describes her. More trouble than Joe. Prancy Nancy is widely disliked even among Democrats. I’m not sure who else is available.
To remove him is most likely going to expose more Democrat bad actors and bad actions. I don’t see a winning scenario for them at this point. And if they loose the House and Senate, which they will do without the big chest, then it becomes an even worse situation for Democrats.
I can agree with the sinnerio. The part I don’t like is the parden for hunter, but if he had to give up the millions he received and has a guilty felony verdict, Joe should also face the same fate. Guilty, lose of all wealth, jail time

Kamala is next in line, whether Brandon quits, is Article 25’d, or impeached. Because the Senate is a 50-50 tie, there will be no VP for the remainder of Brandon’s term. An assassination is way too high an expectation and most likely will not happen. Because Kamala is an adept control freak, on a world class head trip, she will NOT resign. Our only hope is for the Republicans to win both Houses, not screw anything up for two years, and keep a boot on Kamala’s neck until her term expires. Every sing executive order she puts forward, including for toilet paper for the White House, will have to be challenged by the Republicans so that she can do no more damage. Everything else I’ve seen mentioned is BS. The Constitution is extremely specific as to what can be done under these circumstances and I might comment that with regards to the VP, this is the Constitutions weakest area that should be tightened up when appropriate.

What about removing SloJoe with the 25th? The *timing* would be everything — it has to happen after the midterms with a republican House and Senate. KH then assumes office, and the House immediately files Articles of Impeachment, citing her many incompetencies plus dereliction of duty (the Border, for one). A new VP has to be approved by Congress, so when she goes to The Oval, they’ll vote in someone like Ted Cruz as VP until the 2024 election. I could live with that. But the bigger question is, Can the Country hang on until Nov 2022 and the swearing in ceremonies in Jan 2023? These coc*sucker democrats have ruined the country in 14 months. There’s still a lot of damage they can cause given six more.
Not gonna happen. Hillary will not settle for being the 2ND woman President of the United States. They will get rid of Kammy via assassination, like they did JFK, then name Hillary VP. Then, Joe will step down, making Hillary President. She will then run to the UN for help to collect firearms under the ATT Treaty they keep resigning. They have a plan to use it or they wouldn’t keep signing it.
This is a theory that i have floated on the site a couple of times but i am beginning to wonder if Hillary lack of popularity and potential legal problems may be putting the damper on the theory. Instead, Michelle Obama may be moving to the fore front putting Obamas back in the white house. Same principal different people.
The only way this will work is if the Dems replace Kamala, the most stupid fake VP in history. Otherwise, they will have someone who is less popular than Biden and with less firing brain cells (Biden has 1 and a half firing braincells while Harris has none).
Considering this is now, starting to move like a runaway train. Biden might not afford the opportunity to pardon his son. Biden could be indicted himself, forcing him to resign. Then we are left with Word Salad for president. My money is she resigns, and Pelosi will lose her teeth and resign as well. This corruption is coming to a head, and it runs deep
I have always thought that the “deal” that was made when confused and senile OLD Biden was given the nomination, is that he will serve long enough to get his name in the history books, and then at some point before 2024, would resign, or retire for health reasons, so “Legs in the Air” Harris, could become the first half black, half Indian, female president, and run as an incumbent with a strong VP. Problem is, Harris is such a train wreck, dim-wit and hateful person- she has had 11 staff members resign, makes a fool of herself everytime she opens her stupid and cackling mouth. So she has very low approval ratings, and now poses a problem for the crashing Democrat Party.
We will have to wait and see if Greg’s prediction pans out but I see a couple of problems with this happening. The first problem is that Harris is not popular with the American people and many in the Democrat Party, not to mention she is not qualified to hold the position or perform the duties of the President, she has proven this while being the VP. The second problem is Hillary was promised to be the first female President and I see her and her band of crooks stopping this at all cost, if by chance it does happen I hope they do a video of Hillary Clinton and her reaction as it will be priceless.

How would Biden know his son didn’t violate any laws without NEVER, EVER discussing his business dealings? The whole trip to China while VP with Hunter and his Secret Service detail on board was nothing but a ruse to take Hunter there for business meetings on the taxpayer’s dime from the plane, to the meals, to the hotel stays and limos. 16 hour + flight and not a word between them about why Hunter was going, who he was meeting with, or how much $$$$$ they could make? Yeah, sure.
Just look at how does Biden afford 4 properties all valued at $15 million each plus an island close to Epsteins island on a civil servant salary. Up until Jan. 2021, he never earned more than $200K per year. So legitimately, he made give or take, $10-12 million over his career legally. Yet, has properties worth $100 million?
They are preparing for Joe Biden’s exit, I believe. Stories are allowed to circulate confirming savory activity. Kamala will be beefed up for president, after mid terms.
