Five Democratic members of West Chester School Board in Pennsylvania were immediately removed on Tuesday by Chester County Judge William Mahon after they voted to make masking mandatory in the beginning of the school year.
A petition, co-written by Beth Ann Rosica, a parent, claimed that the school board had no authority to impose a mask mandate within the school. President Sue Tiernan, Joyce Chester, Kate Shaw, Karen Herrmann, and Daryl Durnell reportedly failed to respond, and were subsequently removed from their posts, Fox News reported.
Following the end of the state of emergency, the state’s Supreme Court determined that mask mandates were unconstitutional.
“Once the Supreme Court declared that was unconstitutional we implored our school board, we asked and asked and begged and pleaded and made comments to lift the mask mandate, and they refused,” Rosica explained to WHYY. “When they refused, that is when we made the decision to file the petition.”
“I did not believe they had the legal authority to mask our children. I want to ensure they will never be forcibly masked again,” she added.
Just because they were removed, however, doesn’t mean they aren’t going to fight Judge Mahon’s decision. The attorney for the group, Kenneth Roos, says they have submitted a motion to reconsider the decision which would extend their date to respond to April 15.
Superintendent Dr. Robert Sokolowski made a statement on the removals, calling them procedural. The statement was noticeably devoid of anything addressing the mask mandate.
“While we do not have all of the answers at this time, please be assured that the West Chester Area School District and I remain deeply committed to the mission of educating and inspiring the best in our students,” he assured the community.
Rosica and the school board will have seven days to submit a list of potential replacements for the now-vacant seats.

Firing these type of school board members, is OUTSTANDING, BUT is years too late for ALL of American education system. Teachers should also be fired, that push queer, trans-gender, corrupt, knowingly, false, statements, racial agenda, anti – American value and Communist agenda to children.

Except, there is a hearing tomorrow to determine if the school responded timely. If they did, then this could all be overturned. It’s not a done deal.
This needs to be happening everywhere. If the school boards refuse to listen to the parents, have judges remove them from their chairs. If they refuse to listen to the judge, do like they do to the parents. Have the local sheriff’s dept physically remove them and place them in the county lockup. Then have the parents file charges against them for being “terrorists”. See how they like it! If they are found guilty, they could go as far as to offer an alternative punishment to paying huge fines and jail time. They (and their spouses) could be given the option of wearing shirts that have “I was a school board member that refused to listen to the parents that trusted me with their children” printed on the front and back and they must wear them whenever they go out in public and be visible for everyone to read. They must also place a bumper sticker on every vehicle they own.
Finally, a school board that gets its comeuppance. Too many of them think they are one step below God, along with the school superintendent.
Arrest all of these Democrat POS, and put them in jail until they release the J6 protesters from their unlawful incarceration.
Appeal won’t help them. They have no constitutional leverage to overthrow the judge’s ruling. The face diapers don’t work, and I’ve seen nothing to where they are demanding N95s be used. It’s all a crock and just making the kids sick from breathing their carbon dioxide all day long.
I was at a school meeting yesterday for one of my kid’s sports. There were probably 30 people there, but only a single family of two adults and two kids sitting there wearing masks and looking just as ridiculous as you might imagine.
But they were signaling their virtue like you’ve never seen virtue signaled. Lol!
It has been proved that masks are not effective in preventing any virus, including COVID. However, a mask does make some of the wearers “feel” better about wearing one.
They be lemmings……
They should all be put in jail, for just as long as the political prisoners that Nancy pelosi is imprisoned in DC!
