Mixed martial arts mogul and free speech champion Dana White has slammed YouTube for censoring ex-President Donald Trump.

Earlier this month, the Google-owned company took down an episode of the popular “Full Send” podcast, an episode that reportedly received about five million views in its first 24 hours.

For YouTube, “Full Send” was apparently full stop. Or perhaps it resulted in a metaphorical chokehold.

White, the outspoken president of Ultimate Fighting Championship, a longtime friend and supporter of the 45th president, described the streaming platform’s action as “disgusting” and “scary.”

During a conversation on Logan Paul’s “Impaulsive” podcast, White also said that the ban was “crazy” and “insane.”

White also implied that he had a hand in arranging the interview between President Trump and the “Full Send” Nelk Boys.

“If you look at all the s–t that’s on the f—–g Internet, that’s what you’re gonna take down?,” he asked rhetorically. “Are you f—–g kidding me?”

Co-host Mike Majlak noted that YouTube flagged the episode because it included a discussion of election fraud.

White pointed out that Trump accurately predicted in the course of the conversation with the Nelk Boys that it would be scrubbed (although the Full Send podcast with Trump is currently available on several other online platforms).

White agreed with Majlak that YouTube was going to delete the episode no matter what, but bristled at his description of Trump as a “controversial political figure” who appeared on a freewheeling podcast.

“That political figure was the 45th president of the f—–g United States!,” an animated White interjected. “You keep talking like he’s Alex Jones! He’s f——g the president of the United States! It’s insane. It’s f—–g bats–t nuts.”

Getting more serious, White explained that “This is a topic that more and more people need to talk about and need to discuss. It’s crazy. This world that we live in, we’re all becoming so dependent on social media. It’s everybody’s worst f——g nightmare is that your s–t gets taken down…You have to start looking at the consequences of something like the Full Send podcast being taken down.”

White went on to imply that he’s working on a solution to the ongoing interference with freedom of expression.

“You have to start looking at alternative social media platforms that don’t censor….this country was built on free speech, man. It’s our God-given right,” he asserted. “And you don’t have to agree with everybody. And it’s actually better when you don’t agree, because what happens is, it starts conversation; it starts debate. And it’s just one of the things that has made this a great country.”

Warning of an incremental erosion of freedoms, White told Paul and his crew that “when you have a company or a corporation or government that can come in and…tell you can and can’t say, we’re in a scary place.”

Parenthetically, the UFC is perhaps the only sports league that hasn’t gone woke.

It features several fighters, including Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal, who are big Trump backers.

In April 2021, White told Fox News host Sean Hannity that “We don’t muzzle anybody, but we keep politics out of the sport.”
