Sarah Stogner, the 37-year-old West Texas woman running for state railroad commissioner, has sparked quite the firestorm when she posted a nearly-nude video of her straddling an oil pump jack to TikTok.
The video encourages people to begin early voting for her as The Sugarhill Gang’s “Apache (Jump On It)” plays in the background.
