UPDATE: Chilling scenes as Trudeau crushes crowd; snipers on buildings, elderly trampled by trooper’s horse

On Friday, the streets of Ottawa were a surreal scene that was more appropriate for a dystopian science fiction movie or a third-world totalitarian hellhole than the capital city of a so-called western liberal “democracy” that shares a common border with the United States of America.

In a display of raw force that will live in infamy when historians recount the modern era of the proud nation of Canada which has been transformed into an oppressive police state under the helm of leftist Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, an overwhelming number of heavily-armed, militarized police acted to crush peaceful patriotic protesters as government goons moved in to dismantle the Freedom Convoy demonstrations that have served as an inspiration to freedom fighters across the globe.

The stage was set for this weekend’s operation after Trudeau went to the unprecedented length of invoking the country’s Emergencies Act, a heavy-handed response that some have likened to the actions of a dictator, allowing him to utilize measures that would normally be used against terrorist entities like al Qaeda and ISIS against his own citizens whom he has likened to Nazis in recent speeches, and whose failure to obey has made them subject to financial ruin as well as imprisonment.

On Friday, the Canadian Parliament was set to debate Trudeau’s emergency powers but the boot stomped down on the democratic process with the vitally important session being suspended after MP’s were ordered to avoid the area due to “exceptional circumstances,” effectively allowing the haughty leftist despot to suspend the democratic process.

Early in the day, the Ottawa police put members of the media on notice to avoid the area “for your safety,” announcing that there would be controlled availability later on Friday at a location chosen by the authorities.

Despite the orders to stay out of the vicinity of the crackdown, many were able to post videos to social media and they were both appalling and chilling, including one that shows personnel at elevated positions on nearby buildings, reportedly they were snipers.

Videos also showed an elderly lady being trampled by a horse ridden by police.

Ottawa police responded to reports of the woman’s grave condition with a tweet that their horse was ok, expressing no concern that they may have killed someone’s grandma.

Other videos show the intimidating presence of the police, a number of whom acted out brutally against unarmed citizens.

One conservative website called the disgraceful situation in Ottawa “Trudeau’s Tiananmen Square,” a reference to the communist Chinese government’s bloody response to protests in 1989.

Many took to Twitter to express outrage at Trudeau’s disgraceful use of martial law to bring an end to the demonstrations.

On Thursday, police moved to arrest top leaders and organizers of the Freedom Convoy who, like outspoken Alberta pastor Artur Pawlowski who fled the communists in his native Poland and who is currently being held in deplorable conditions without bail after his latest arrest, will almost certainly be made an example of.

As for Trudeau, he spent the day watching the Olympics, tweeting about it as Canadians were brutalized and denied their rights on his orders.

As night fell on Ottawa, a bitter cold along with snowfall was in the forecast but there are stormy days ahead for Canadiens who value their freedom under the wanton cruelty of Trudeau and his now openly fascist regime.
