Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, the formally royal couple with a penchant for complaining about virtually everything, are making headlines for complaining yet again.
This time their beef is with the £11 million (roughly $14.5 million) mansion that they purchased in Montecito, California in 2020.
“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex want to move just 18 months after buying their £11million California mansion – because they are not ‘over the moon’ about the property,” the Daily Mirror reported Saturday.
“Prince Harry and wife Meghan bought the luxury home in Montecito – an area of Santa Barbara County known for its secluded private estates – as a place to bring up children Archie, two, and Lilibet, six months. But they are said not to be thrilled about the nine-bedroom pile, which boasts a gym, a swimming pool and a tennis court.”
Not to mention reportedly 16 bathrooms, a tea house, a private playground, a library, an office, a spa, a sauna, a cinema room, an arcade room, a games room, a wine cellar and a five-car garage.
They also reportedly dislike “its location” in the lavish neighborhood, “despite it having almost 7.5 acres of grounds surrounded by pine and cypress trees.”

“A source says the couple have started making enquiries into other houses – and have let it be known they are open to private offers, should the right one come along,” according to the Mirror.
The bad news for their haters in California is that they don’t plan to leave the state. In fact, they don’t even plan to leave the neighborhood.
“They want to stay in the neighbourhood or nearby but they aren’t over the moon about the house and the location,” the outlet’s source claimed.
All this comes despite the couple having reportedly obtained the home at what appears to be an extraordinary discount.
“The Sussexes bought the US property from Sergey Grishin in June 2020. The Russian businessman had purchased the home in 2009 for nearly £19m,” the mirror notes.
That’s equivalent to roughly $25.5 million, meaning they got a veritable discount of over $10 million. Yet not shockingly, it’s apparently still not enough for them.

The Mirror doesn’t go into detail about why “they” dislike the home. Nor does it specify whether it’s truly that “they” both dislike it — or if, perhaps, Markle is the one with the issue.
Critics have long claimed that the 40-year-old woman is a “spoiled brat.” Though in fairness to her, British critic Piers Morgan has said both she and Prince Harry are “family-abusing spoiled brats.”
After suddenly ditching the Royal Family in 2020, the two went on to trash-talk the family behind their back. Most recently, Markle claimed the family had almost driven her to suicide and is teeming with racism.
Morgan, then a co-host of “Good Morning America,” responded at the time by accusing Markle of straight-up lying.
The two big questions from THAT interview:
1) Who was allegedly racist to Harry about his baby?
2) Who allegedly told Meghan she couldn’t have any help when she told them she felt suicidal?

Lots of people on here want me fired for expressing my opinion on the Pinocchio Princess. If you want to join them, there are various petitions still doing the rounds from the last few times you’ve all tried, and failed, to have me fired for saying what I think.

How in turn did Markle respond? By successfully plotting his termination by filing a complaint with ITV, the network that broadcasts “Good Morning Britain,” on the same day that he’d bashed her, Monday, March 8th.
A day later, Morgan technically resigned, though most appear to view it as a termination. As The Daily Beast put it at the time, “Morgan was fired from the show on Tuesday.”
The following day, he tweeted, “On Monday, I said I didn’t believe Meghan Markle in her Oprah interview. I’ve had time to reflect on this opinion, and I still don’t. If you did, OK. Freedom of speech is a hill I’m happy to die on. Thanks for all the love, and hate. I’m off to spend more time with my opinions.”

He eventually won big when he was picked up by Fox News this past September to host a new weekend program on Fox News’ Fox Nation. He was also hired to publish columns for the New York Post and The Sun, and he was awarded with another book contract.
Meanwhile in California, it appears Markle continues to remain as miserable as she’s always been.
The couple’s critics aren’t surprised ….
They’ll never be happy from within. Harry made the biggest mistake of his life. Meghan was estranged from her family, and now Harry is also.
