Your federal government, headed by the world’s most powerful septuagenarian nincompoop, isn’t even trying to hide the ball anymore. No trick plays, no subterfuge. It’s open anti-Americanism. All-day. Every day. (Save for the occasional lid, which would normally raise questions of faith in leadership, but these days grants a few hours of respite for those who have to translate and approve King Joe’s thoughts for safe consumption by the unwashed masses).
Having flip-flopped or flat-out lied about fracking for natural gas in America while on the campaign trail, the Biden regime is now calling for OPEC to simply pump more oil for the United States. This after effectively killing the Keystone XL Pipeline and the thousands of jobs alongside it; oil that could be drilled and refined right here in America, used by Americans, and exported elsewhere. But no, the big guy has to get his cut. After all, this is his last rodeo at our expense.
OPEC’s website reads as follows:
The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) was founded in Baghdad, Iraq, with the signing of an agreement in September 1960 by five countries namely Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela. They were to become the Founder Members of the Organization.
These countries were later joined by Qatar (1961), Indonesia (1962), Libya (1962), the United Arab Emirates (1967), Algeria (1969), Nigeria (1971), Ecuador (1973), Gabon (1975), Angola (2007), Equatorial Guinea (2017) and Congo (2018).
To quote the late Goose from “Top Gun”:
“Well, the list is long but distinguished.”
Probably not distinguished in the way most Americans would like, and certainly not a roster of reliable allies.
But come on, man! Joe Biden knows what’s best for America.
President Biden shut down an American pipeline and is now begging a foreign cartel to pump more oil.

You don’t understand why Joe Biden would ask OPEC to produce more oil while causing America to produce less because you still think you’re negotiating in good faith with the opposite political party.
You’re dealing with people actively trying to burn the house down. Accept it.

A report from CNBC stated yesterday: “The White House is calling on OPEC and its oil-producing allies to boost production in an effort to combat climbing gasoline prices, amid concerns that rising inflation could derail the economic recovery from Covid.”
“The White House said the group’s July agreement to boost production by 400,000 barrels per day on a monthly basis beginning in August and stretching into 2022 is ‘simply not enough’ during a ‘critical moment in the global recovery.'”
What caused this “critical moment in the global recovery”? Depending upon the month, Americans were told it was white supremacists, an unarmed insurrection, a racial reckoning, the Wuhan virus pandemic, or the always-reliable global warming alarm clock that ticks away at the arbitrary pace of our betters.
And don’t you dare mention BLM, ANTIFA or Critical Race Theory. Those are figments of your imagination.
Figments of imagination which, in the case of President Joe Biden, are sadly just that.
