House Speaker Nancy Pelosi seemingly crashed former President Barack Hussein Obama’s lavish birthday bash Saturday despite having allegedly been uninvited from it. This reportedly led to an “awkward’ encounter between the two.
After critics raised concerns last week about Obama scheduling a 500-person birthday party at Martha’s Vineyard amid the coronavirus surge, he promised to “scale back” the event to only include “family and close friends.”
This “scale back” reportedly led to Pelosi being disinvited from the bash, yet she showed up at Martha’s Vineyard anyway, raising eyebrows.
FYI, many, many, many people who’re certainly not “family and close friends” showed up to the bash anyway, making some wonder whether Obama had lied.

One of Pelosi’s aides claimed her decision to conveniently fly into Martha’s Vineyard on the exact same day as Obama’s birthday bash was the result of her needing to attend some “private events in support of House Democrats,” according to the Daily Mail.
The veracity of this claim is unclear, especially since the House speaker was reportedly spotted that afternoon dining with Obama birthday bash guest Oprah Winfrey at an upscale lavish country club. Winfrey is not an elected Democrat.
It was while dining with Winfrey that Pelosi reportedly ran into the former president.
“In a moment of unfortunate timing, Obama had been playing golf on the private course with friends and walked into the club house just as the women dined,” the Daily Mail reported, citing a “well informed source.”
“The source saw the former president approach Winfrey and Pelosi’s table but could not hear if he extended the speaker a face-saving invitation amid the pleasantries exchanged. It is possible that Obama extended an invite after finding out Pelosi was in the neighborhood.”
The former president had reportedly been playing golf with over 20 so-called “friends” prior to the encounter, including actor Don Cheadle.
According to multiple sources, some of his other so-called “friends” who’ve also been spotted at the bash include singer John Legend, “canceled” TV star Chrissy Teigen, retired NBA star Dwyane Wade, race-baiting actress Gabrielle Union, rapper Jay-Z, rapper/singer Beyoncé, actor George Clooney, talk show host Stephen Colbert, etc., etc., etc.
Teigen is the TV star who was recently outed as a vicious bully.
“His close friends apparently include his golfing buddies, politicians, celebrities. … He wants people to think this is going to be small and intimate, but I don’t think we have the same definition of intimate,” a local businessman told the Daily Mail.
It’s not clear whether there were any working class people at Obama’s birthday bash. For someone who purports to be a champion of the downtrodden, the former president seems to surround himself with a whole lot of uber-wealthy elites.
According to TMZ, not every island resident appreciated the fancy bash.
“Although the Obamas are loved by many on Martha’s Vineyard, some residents are angry that their Island has been upended by the party. They say Secret Service has been ordering people around and blocking roads,” TMZ confirmed.
“They’re also concerned about the Delta variant … which has become an issue in Massachusetts as well as everywhere else in the country.”
While Martha’s Vineyard contains many millionaires — and perhaps some billionaires — it also boasts regular working-clas Americans with incomes as low as $56,700, according to Patch. It even has several hundred homeless.
It’s presumed — though this is just a theory — that working class residents of the island were the ones upset by Obama inviting dozens upon dozens of celebrities to party like it’s 1999 amid a pandemic that’s killed hundreds of thousands of Americans.
According to the Daily Mail, the birthday bash kicked off “with a maskless cocktail party at a swanky Martha’s Vineyard resort.” This despite Democrats and celebs lecturing people nonstop to mask up again.
Asking folks to wear a mask and get vaccinated is not an attack on freedom. In fact, doing these things gets us closer to freedom from this pandemic once and for all.
The Delta variant makes up >90% of cases. If everyone gets vaccinated and wears a mask, we can beat this.

To many, Obama’s crowded birthday bash seems like just another example — one of so many — of Democrats living by the “rules for thee, but not for me” principle.
From holding crowded, unmasked birthday bashes, to skirting the Biden administration’s airplane mask mandate, to being literal super-spreaders, Democrats never seem to have time to follow the rules. Apparently, they’re just for the little people.
