Gutfeld challenges media to report on low minority vax rates: Are they just as ignorant as the whites?

Fox News host Greg Gutfeld exposed the liberal media’s blatant bias in covering vaccine and COVID-19 data, highlighting how the rate of unvaccinated Americans is much higher among minorities.

The media has spent weeks blaming red-state conservatives for the low vaccine rates that continue to bedevil the Biden administration but they are deliberately refusing to address the fact that vaccinations are severely lagging in the minority communities that are Democrat strongholds.

The lack of acknowledgment that minorities and particularly black people are not getting vaccinated once again makes it clear that Democrats and especially President Joe Biden and his handlers have taken the politicizing of the COVID crisis to an entirely new level and see it as a way to damage the image of Republicans, especially Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida who is a serious threat to them if former President Donald J. Trump chooses not to run in 2024.

One media figure isn’t about to let them get away with it and on Wednesday’s edition of his popular Fox News show, Greg Gutfeld addressed the proverbial elephant in the living room while laying waste to the dangerously strident rhetoric of liberal pundits like Joy Behar of “The View” and CNN’s Don Lemon.

Following a montage of some of the most unhinged demagoguery to ever be seen on American television screens, Gutfeld served up the reality that Democrats have been hiding from Americans.

After giving himself credit for punching a hole in the hysterical media narrative, Gutfeld laid it out.

“People like me pointed out that actually, it’s not white folks running from the vaccine, we all know white people can’t run,” he said. “It’s black folks and brown folks too who are pretty shy about getting the vax, in fact, the rates of unvaccinated is way higher among minorities in cities like Manhattan according to New York City’s own data about two-thirds of adults are vaccinated but black New Yorkers are at thirty-one percent and Hispanics forty-two percent.”

Gutfeld continued, “So now the obnoxious finger-pointing mysteriously disappeared, much like one of Governor Cuomo’s hands during a selfie,” referring to the embattled New York governor.

“And once again, the press hoped no one would notice how wrong they were on this,” a reference to the dismal track record of the media that spanned the entire four years of the Trump administration. “Go ahead, ask them. Are non-white vaccine hesitance just as arrogant, stupid, and murderous as the whites?”

A compilation of data from the CDC supports Gutfeld with black people lagging far behind whites and other racial/ethnic groups who have been fully vaccinated.

That black people are reluctant to be jabbed along with an apparent distrust of the government should not be a surprise given the history of experimentation, most notably the infamous Tuskeegee studies as well as the idea promoted by the media, Democrats, and Joe Biden himself that the United States is an inherently racist place that is hostile to them.

More troubling for the administration is that black vaccine hesitance makes the idea of vaccine passports which are being rolled out in Democrat-controlled cities such as New York appear to be discriminatory and disproportionately directed at the same demographic who suffered under earlier segregation laws.

Boston’s Democrat Mayor Kim Janey conjured images of the Jim Crow era that Biden relishes invoking when she likened the vaccine passports to slave papers in a sign that such coercive measures aren’t going to be well received by a critical demographic that Dems cannot risk alienating if they are to retain control of Congress next year.

There is no way that the media is going to be able to continue to ignore the staggering rates of vaccine hesitancy in minority communities and, thanks to Gutfeld, the truth is finally coming out.
