Fans of Rush Limbaugh find familiar voice of Bo Snerdley a welcome talent in talk radio

James Golden, aka “Bo Snerdley” is best known for being Rush Limbaugh’s call screener, producer and long-time friend. But what many don’t know is that he’s just as competent in front of a microphone as he is on a soundboard.

The man who arguably helped launch the “King of Talk Radio” to the number one spot for so many years has a radio show/podcast of his own, and it’s truly the best-kept secret in town!

Golden has dipped his toe into the talk radio scene, returning to his radio roots at New York’s famous WABC station, where he and Limbaugh first connected. On Saturday mornings from 8-10 am he lights up the airwaves like an old pro, and from the sound of the callers, fans are grateful.

Golden’s passion and talent for political talk is plainly obvious within a few minutes of listening, and will no doubt remind you of Limbaugh’s engaging and educational way of laying out the facts and letting the chips fall where they may.

Last week he took on RINOs and their Democrat counterparts who expect Trump’s base to turn on the former president because he is out of office.

“The idea that Republicans should turn on President Trump is laughable. There’s another article I read I think in BizPac [Review] or Fox News about Liz Cheney continuing to make the case that ‘we’ll see whether the GOP will survive’ if she’s thrown out of office. Liz, you’re not that important,” Golden exclaimed. “You never were that important. That’s your ego. And if it wasn’t for your daddy, you wouldn’t even be in office! Because you rode on his name, you didn’t ride on anything that you did.”

In no uncertain terms, he explained why he believes that expecting such behavior is patently ridiculous.

“The idea that Democrats and Republicans like Lisa Murkowski expect senators and the public to turn on former president Trump is laughable. Let’s get this straight: President Donald J. Trump did more in one term of office than most presidents have done with two terms. Donald J. Trump is still popular not because of who he is, but what he did,” Golden explained, going on to list just a few of the many accomplishments of the Trump administration.

“He tried his damned best to get a handle on our porous borders, and contrast to what’s happening today at the borders where you have enough fentanyl coming in to kill every American twice over, where you have sex traffickers plying their trade, where you have immigrant children unaccompanied coming in this country and being sent who knows where, we have a total disregard for our laws. Contrast that with what President Trump did, that’s why he’s still popular. Contrast what President Trump did with China. Actually the first president since China arose from an undeveloped nation to become the second-largest economy in the world, President Trump took them on for their unfair trade practices, for their corruption and currency manipulation, for their theft of intellectual property which affects every single American business. Democrats sat on their hands and did nothing!”

Golden lauded Trump’s action on drug prices, prison reform, lowering taxes, and that was just “scratching the surface.” His entire podcast is embedded above, chock full of information, educated opinion, and first-class guests.

But this isn’t the only venture that Golden has set out on in the wake of Rush Limbaugh’s death. In May, he launched a deeply emotional and evocative look at the life and career of the biggest personality to ever grace talk radio airwaves. The 12-part iHeartRadio podcast focused on the true impact Limbaugh had on America as we know it, and how he did it all from the “golden EIB microphone.”

“It is a tremendous honor to host this tribute podcast series and I will do my very best to make Rush proud and provide his vast audience with a true representation of our beloved host,” Golden said in a statement to BizPac Review.

Being dubbed “the definitive story of Rush,” the podcast promises to lead you through his life and lay bare his true story, devoid of media manipulation and malicious spin.
