Florida woman arrested after allegedly crashing child’s birthday party and raping teen boy

A purported birthday-party crasher in her 40s faces two counts of child abuse and two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor after allegedly pinning down and raping a 17-year-old boy in Port Charlotte, Florida, while a pre-teen was in the same room at the time.

The birthday party originally started at a bowling alley, and after the party was over, some of the kids reportedly decided to do a sleepover at their friend’s home.

After a night of consuming adult beverages, the suspect and another female apparently returned to the residence around 2 a.m., according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

The adult friend, who is allegedly the homeowner, went to bed, and while the suspect allegedly hung around with several juveniles. She began making “inappropriate sexual comments” to the teen while providing him with alcohol. According to the police report, this was the victim’s first experience drinking alcohol.

The victim later told deputies that he fell asleep on a loveseat, and that sometime later, the suspect forced herself on him.

“He said that he could not push her off because she was too heavy, according to the report. Her booking information indicates she weighs 250 pounds,” the Port Charlotte Sun reported.

To make matters even worse, if that’s possible, the encounter allegedly occurred about a foot away from a 12-year-old girl who was sleeping in a beanbag chair and who informed investigators that the sexual activity (“loud moaning noises”) woke her up.

“The 12-year-old girl told investigators the teen boy whispered to her to help him, then got up, went to the bathroom and vomited. She also said the teen then returned and the sexual activity continued, according to the arrest report,” CBS affiliate 12 News detailed.

The suspect later gathered up her belongings and left the residence.

Cops apparently are possession of cell phone video that confirms that the suspect and her friend were intoxicated when they arrived at the residence in the early morning hours.

Detectives began investigating the case after the victim informed a high school staff member on May 11 that he had been raped over the weekend.

The suspect, identified by authorities and in various media reports as Jessica Rae Good, 44, obtained her release from Charlotte County Jail after posting a $150,000 bond. She is due back in court on June 21.

Good reportedly told cops that she “blacked out” and had minimal recollection of what occurred that morning. She has denied the rape allegation.

The CrimeOnline website posted the arrest affidavit, but a warning that it is rather graphic.

An arrest affidavit is not legally conclusive, however; charges against a defendant in any criminal case have to be proven with evidence in a court of law.
